I If I'd know about THE AARP Discount I would've waited until I received my new credentials! Before I purchased my LG-M153 about 3 weeks ago. It would have COST $10.00 + taxes & Insurance. .
Useless app All these 5 star reviews are coming from people that are satisfied with their service. That's all well and good but they're supposed to be reviewing the myCricket app which simply doesn't work.
I'll give a zero star if I can. The biggest issue is the user login. Every login requires resetting password online & the system doesn't remember the new password. It has a long time like this.
Its all fake I've been on the my cricket rewards for years every single time i get nothing but run around. Switching to something else that follows threw with their clients. Metro pcs actually pays out. Just sayin
This is the only place you can complain about cricket cause they dont have anywhere else to do it upgraded my phone got told to come back if i wanted to make it into a hotspot well when i get back they tell me oh you have to buy a iPhone now cause thats what we changed it to again so now you cant have a hotspot this is straight up bs im not upgrading to a new phone again yhis is already my third one cause they dont last long
Endless captcha can never get they then. And seems members in a group share the same login... Not secure. And everyone keeps changing the f&$#ing PW WHEN THEY CAN'T REMEMBER SO MORE PLAYING THE CAPTCHA GAME...
App tries to autocorrect my password and as a result my password gets memorized by the keyboard learning system. Very bad!!!!!!
Never works, won't sign me in, have to change password every time, get with the times. Only reason I went to cricket was for prices
We're very happy with your service -- even when the high speed data is gone, it's still fast enough to run the internet. We can still load web pages, stream radio and even stream YouTube. Your prices are also very reasonable. Thanks for your decency.
It's one of the main features why allot of folks are with Cricket as we have this option. ..Be nice to be able to set this up via the app? You guys make money off of the feature as well so it goes both ways.. very large app in size can be trimmed down a bit and optimized to work with Jellybean and above. It works on ICS but not as smooth. Overall it is a good application though that is worth having if you have cricket as I don't see it running in the background chewing battery up like other applications do.
Would NOT take my money. Used 5 different cards. Phone was shut off for one day because of this. Also the app should remember the card that was used last time so I don't have to get it out everytime. And accept PayPal too.
REALLY? They are stopping the rewards program! Wow! That was like a real premium especially since it helped nonprofit organizations. I'm totally bummed out!
One thing I wish I can do is the ability to change the numbers to name on the home screen.

I have unlimited supposedly but this 4G internet runs slow...Last week I upgraded my phone paid well over $150.00 ...Today I had to call in twice due to my internet running SLOW....Now im receiving text saying I've used over 16.5g I havent been on my phone as much as I normally am...(busy) NOW - is this punishment for complaining today ...TIRED!!! As a customer I pay for my service..expect to get what I pay for. I've been LOYAL now I'm feeling like ya'll are screwing me over plus this last agent hung up on me 5 min. Ago...what kind of mess is that.....When I chose Cricket I made a BIG MISTAKE ...now i know- never refer ANYONE to this Co...As of the 1st Jan. I will no longer use your service Screwing loyal customers is dirty!!!.????????????????????

When i started my account i was told i had unlimited data. Guess What NOT Unlimited so hopefully when i visit cricket this mo they help or do something about that agent that mislead me and i started 2 phones up my husband is furious. P.s. help me before he makes me cancel. H.E.L.P
Great app, when it works. Since the new update I can never seem to find it working. I'd like to check my usage and pay my bill with the app. But for now I'll go to the store and pay the fee because paying in cash is a convenience.
I've had the app for months and all of a sudden could not access. I called over a week ago and follow up today and got told it would take 3-5 business dAys when it has already been 3-5 business dAys.
Stopped working for my tablet which is what I use to pay bills. Tablet stays home and unlikely to lose. Phone doesn't have such info.
Overrated apps that your Samsung Galaxy Android device
Was working fine until Thanksgiving 2017 week. Suddenly was slower and kept loading in loops, nothing appears after a long time of app loading.
I never had problems with the app, personally, and service through Cricket Wireless was always good, but this latest update won't install. I have emailed developers, with no response, about the endless -505 Error. Nothing will fix it, and I see I'm not alone. For such a good service provider, Cricket app support is very dissatisfying.

All of my log in information was saved on my phone.. Apparently cricket decided to change it and logged me out. You now want me to call a number and get it fixed. My issue with that is am i going to be able to understand the person who answers? I doubt it! Leave my stuff alone or i will drop my multiple phones i hold thru your company. Its always something
