About ME Engineer
ME Engineer is the next generation of service information tailored specifically for mobile users. ME Engineer will provide Installers and Service Engineers of Mitsubishi Electric Air Conditioning, Heating, Ventilation and Controls products easy access to the most up to date and detailed service information direct from in-house technical experts at Mitsubishi Electric.
ME Engineer is designed to evolve over time and new content and functions will be added in periodic updates to always keep you in the loop for the latest mobile tools and service news.
Initial functions will include: Error code look up and diagnosis, Refrigerant charge calculations, Thermistor value data as well as direct links to current support documentation and information on the latest new products.
ME Engineer is designed to work on latest ranges of mobile devices, including smart phones and tablets and the content on screen at all times will be optimised to suit the screen size of the mobile device.
It will also be possible to add your most visited pages to personal favourites list which will mean access to your favourite tools and information is only ever a couple of clicks away regardless of where you are within the application.
Finally if you are still unable to resolve your service query directly using tools and information within ME Engineer, then there are direct links and information to enable you to easily contact our Technical Helpdesk

I install mitsubishi's for a living and mostly the m series. The m series service info or anything else won't load. How disappointing.... deleted reinstalled up to date does not work!

I can't download any PDF's. When I have mobile data on, I can't download anything, even though the "Download Via Wi-Fi only is Turned Off. Even when I'm connected to Wi-Fi I still can't download anything. Please Fix.

Tried this app on 3 different phones. Same problem on each. There is very little information for M series fault checking procedures or fault descriptions. Also app does not allow yoou to go back to previous page without app stalling. Needs work to iron outbugs that were not in the previous version.
