MiCollab Client Mobile for Android
Just updated phone to android v7.0 nougat, constantly shows connection to server is down notification, will not continue to receive real time.... Even though seems to function fine.
My contacts in the phone system appear greyed out, no presence indication. Yet when logged in on another model smartphone, it works. Something to do with the LG G3...
Hit and miss Just updated to Google Pixel phone Which is Running android v7.0 nougat, The phone constantly shows connection to server is down notification when on Verizon Network except for when on Inter Company Wifi and will not continue to receive real time. Seems like an incompatibility with version 7.
Used to work great but with recent updates it just isn't same. When dialing always get unknown calls/dropped calls.
I updated to latest and my speaker on a oneplus 2 is working good now.
Version release on 10/05/15 hijacks the phones mic and wount allow other apps, Google Voice Search, to open the mic. if I kill the micollab app mic is then available. Audio issues with vid playback; audio low volume and high volume spikes for half a second when muted. Admittedly, i haven't fully tested to confirm that micollab client is the culprit for vid audio. Device: HTC One M8
Since the latest (rebranded) update, as many noticed, the speaker and mic are playing crazy until killing the Mitel app in the manager. Battery draining when app is running in the background (even battery monitoring from Samsung tells it). Call getting rejected everytime you try to answer it (frustrated customers on the phone when you call them back with your mobile phone). Connection drops and notifications "out of sync" pretty often, even under good Wi-Fi coverage.
I have been using this app for a year, and it was great until the recent update. Besides the gratuitous rebranding, the app is draining my battery, preventing my alarms and alerts from functioning properly, and even causing audio problems. I will try again next update.
Since upgrading hardware it constantly drops network connectivity & the connections settings to auto change status is ALWAYS being lost. It's a shame it has been good in the past.
Even after a few months, this software/system fails to work. I can't make calls. It drops calls. Horrible.
We were really excited about extending our desktop to the mobile devices. Unfortunately when a call comes in, sliding the green answer to the right overlaps with the red hangup and callers are sent to voicemail. Both my telco vendor and I tried getting help from Mitel support with no success.

30/06/15 Still no fix for Android Lollipop then?? Seriously this is a massive problem why has it not been addressed ?? Upgraded to Samsung Galaxy 5 running Lollipop and the client now drops connection to phone system after 10 - 15 mins. become very unreliable. please fix 19/05/15 - This is still an issue can Mitel please issue an update or give and ETA

Total mobile UC at your fingertips. Truly one of the few BYOD solutions that is "software" only based on back end.
Love turning this on when I leave the office. Latest release has improved even more. Looking forward to hand off between wifi and cell (soon?)
Whenever I make a call through my mobile number to any other number ,this application always stop unfortunately,can anyone tell me why it's happening?
App stopped working once my phone upgraded to Android 5.0. Still not working as of 01/19/2015 update.

Drops calls when switching from 4g to WiFi. Can't sync contacts with local phone contacts.
Should only require 1 username and password to setup. It requires 3. Is not always reliable. Mitel needs to fix this.

They say that this upgrade allows for chat between mobile and desktop, but I think that's only the case if you are running MAS 4.0 which was just released. Otherwise, I don't think this supports chat. Mitel is a big enough company that they could be honest enough to list requirements for a new feature rather than make eye-catching claims that don't hold true.
Deployed it recently... Chat works between different platforms..

Installed, Setup, and listening to my voicemail messages and calling extensions at my work in a matter of minutes. Great APP if you have Mitel Phone system!!
The Blackberry app worked much better with the Location services. Right now I have mine set-up and ON and yet the app will not change my status based on location.
Needs chat function through UCA server, presence status of others from main list view.
Cannot connect to my office network. Office Talk Free works but this one is not.
Excellent software
Still clunky, quirky unstable and not very intuitive. Keep it simple MITEL. Cisco jabber works plain and simple no fiddling about to get it up and running.
I had this on my BB and it worked great. Now on a droid bionic... works but GPS is not changing my status as set. Odd map interface.
So helpful throughout the day.
