MiCollab for Mobile

I liked the older version much better. The updated look and user interface is not good. There's no way to manually resync the Contacts with the MiCollab server.

There is a bug where the client hasn't been used for a while, the phone rings and comes up with the answer option and then goes to the login prompt

Hello there, it is pity to provide an application like this on enterprise field. Viber, messenger and many others can run in the background, you also should. Ringtone does not work. On the notification bar also show the status.. connected or not, busy,away,etc. It makes me feel insecure whether I am available to be reached when on call, or not. Touch is not so responsive on some devices. Search on other android contacts is not possible or efficient. Thanks for your try but you need to invest more on this app..

When on a SIP Softshoe call and a native cell phone call comes in the SIP call is disconnected.

Very easy to install and simple intuitive interface. Two Thumbs Up!!

No homescreen widgets!

Failed at the one most essential task - reliable chat message delivery. Other usability quirks don't even matter, since without reliable messaging, it is useless (as a messaging app). Not tested any other features like phone-related functionality, etc. so can't say anything about that. Just installed to use it for chat when away from desk (their desktop software) - and it failed miserably.

The new version ringing is lame. Volume controlled by media volume not ringer volume. Also you can't answer the phone from the lock screen, without unlocking it first.

Doesn't run in the background

Sometimes application take phon microfon and vice versa. It gives deep tone. It would be nice to posibility to change ringtone and notification sound.

Integrates well with the MiCollab system, voicemail function is good and like the ability to set different statuses with different behaviours for each.. Has a few key frustrating aspects I would like to see changed: - Phone has to be unlocked before it can be answered, no 'swipe to answer' function or ability for other people to answer the phone if I'm not around to unlock it - Ringer is dependent on system volume not ringer volume so this means I have to have other system sounds on my phone enabled - Screen doesn't switch off when on a call meaning that I accidentally activate various menus etc when on a call - Notifications aren't silenced when on a call meaning that the phone vibrates/sounds if I get a notification mid call - No ability to set a from-to time on the scheduler, you can only set it to change your status from a specific time/date, then you have to set another schedule to switch it back

Cant change the ringtone? Also when on a call, the menu jumps around instead of disabling like when you take a call on whatsapp.

Decent soft phone but the backend pbx is a disaster to setup and troubleshoot in comparison to 3cx.

Fantastic and seamless integration with our corporate system. Features of this version are a vast upgrade on the pre-7.0 version!

How do I obtain an authorization code?

Phone works and integrates with our system fine. So many stupid design choices. Phone screen doesn't turn off when you place it near your face to talk, so settings will open and turn WiFi off dropping the call entirely. My other biggest problem is that this app, combined with the Web Client and the Windows Client, which don't sync at all. So chats, groups, speed dials are all separately setup on each device. Almost useless unless making phone calls and turning off you screen appeals to you. FIX THIS!

App works very well. Easy collaboration with office personnel cross country and integrates well with my Mitel office phone.

Awesome

OnePlus One user here. Installed the app but unable to get through the licensing agreement screen. It's not being displayed correctly on my device. No menu option, going back exits the app.
