Kleberg Mobile Deposit

doesn't remember user name as it's supposed to. has difficulty with MO deposits. takes blurry pictures and requires retakes. too buggy

Worked on my previous galaxy phone but doesn't deposit with my note 4..keeps asking to take a new picture..I emailed the creator of this app in September 2015 and never heard back from them

I have deposited a couple checks with it, so I know it works. However, it doesn't save my username or password, even though there's a check box for it. Your account is through a 3rd party (NOT Kleberg), so you don't have the same username or password as your bank account. In fact, you don't even get to choose your username. There's also no username or password recovery option, so you have to call them (during business hours) to get that recovered when you inevitably forget it.

No matter how many times I check the "save login info" box the app won't save my username.

It took me a couple of times to get it right. Please add a frame to the camera so we can place the shot properly.

App works perfectly. Soon it will be incorporated into the mobile banking app and be all the better
