The app would never register a check. This app is pointless

I have tried to use this app to deposit probably 10 differemt checks over time. I have repeatedly unistalled and re-installed the app and still does not work. Will not even send off from the app says picture is unreadable when the picture is perfectly clear over a dark background. Dont waste your time with this app.

Tried over 20 times with multiple checks to take a good picture, kept saying could not read check, or corners not visible, or cannot see routing number. Even though the pictures were perfectly clear...

Sometimes must retake picture to get clear shot. Helps to put check on different background color. Leave a little space between signature and for mobile deposit only lines. System down occasionally. Work out of town. Real lifesaver.

After 6 times trying one check I Uninstalled it. It said must see all for corners, which were clearly visible in picture, and can't read number, also clearly visible. Don't waste your time.

App does not work properly, due to freezing of screen and inability to detect appropriate picture. What an inconvenience!

Safe told me it will work for Android and Apple phones. Freezes up after every pic with Android. Very disappointed.

Crashes frequently and freezes my phone so I have to remove battery. When it tries to auto focus it zooms right through the correct focus and takes a blurry image. More images are declined by bank than accepted. Galaxy s5.

The app crashes when you take a picture. Called customer service and tried every pointer they had to make it work but it still is ineffectual. Hopefully the developer will update it to work with android.

Motorola Droid Mini.... App will not accept pictures when taken. Even when the picture is completely clear and all numbers are easily seen, the app freezes every time when processing the picture of the front of my paychecks.

Fix your junk! There are plenty of other credit unions that don't have this problem.
