NP Deposit

The app is pretty much as good as the bank itself, that is they are both worthless. After registering the device and spending some time with the customer support (also worthless) I was told to go to the branch and complete the setup there. I told them that the only time I will go to the branch is to take the money out of this wonder bank, so they can shove the app... Don't waste your time with this crap

The app is easy to set up and works well. I like that that consolidated the express deposit with the regular national penn bank app.

Took me weeks to log on with the help of outsourced IT people. My local branch agreed the deposit app is crap. However the other app they have is pretty good just ugly

You would think that after people posting here for almost a year that they can't login they would fix the problem. Come on, get with it!!!

They changed my password without informing me then when I called to have it reset (apparently resetting was supposed to be prompted but wasn't) they couldn't reset it. The bank itself sucks pretty badly, multiple unending issues. It's not surprising that this so is so dysfunctional, as it's an extension of the bank itself. I'm uninstalling this app and going to a different bank.

After only an hour with the call center I was finally able to get logged in.. Rep had to "reset my mobile device information on their end" so anyone else having login problems advise the rep when you call in to !.! reset your device information!.! Good luck

It wont let me log in. Keeps saying my username or password is incorrect. Please fix!

Very frustrating not able to login

Wont let me log in...says my user id and password are in correct...but I have no trouble getting on knbt mobile banking ...wasted time downloading, installing and registering...and now I have to run to the bank to deposit my check..... awesome ! designing an app that has one job but doesnt do that one task- brilliant

Followed all instructions and just cashed my first check via this app. Took two quick pictures and was given a confirmation email, then an hour later it was in my bank account. Great app.

Freezes every time. Haven't had one successful deposit. Have had this issue and hasn't been addressed in months.

Even setting up credentials online, still comes back not valid. Even tried using my wife's login, still doesn't work. They will change your login info on you. Had to call in to find out that they changed my user name on me, for a reason that they could not explain.

Following a whole lot of frustration with getting the app to read my endorsements, it has now been working perfectly! Just as I hoped, it's now saving me the time of having to run to the bank; very handy. *for those who are complaining about not being able to log in: you need a separate set of credentials to use this app, it's all on their website.

Will not give me access.
