Won't let me login it keeps telling me to check my user name and password. I uninstall this is garbage.

Downloaded. Expected a username and password within next 48 hours. Didn't receive an email with the credentials. Deleted the app. Just go to the bank and deposit or transfer to one that actually works!

The app works you just have to sign up to use it on the old second website. It takes about 24 hours but then it works perfectly.

I haven't been able to upload a single paycheck the camera function goes crazy just a piece of crap

It doesn't close the window when you log out, and all the screens you were on are saved, so you can see them all when you hit the back button to try and get out.

I cannot log in...it may be an awesome app, but if i cant log into it, it is pretty worthless. Looking at the comments...it looks like i am not alone. Why isnt this getting resolved?

Cannot log in.

Says password provided by O2 is expired and must be reset. Password reset screen gives "result initialized" error no matter what new password is entered and will not accept a new password.

After putting in login information, the app crashes every time.

After many attempts I cannot log in! I logged in with the same info from my O2 app so idk why it say check username and passwork...app not functional

Took me 4 tries to deposit my pay check because it refused to take the back picture. The button just sat there when I pressed it. Then when it finally took the pic it said it was blurry, crashed and I had to restart it. My 2nd check it outright refused to take the back picture. I'mrunning 4.3.1 right now so I'm not sure if it's a version compatibility or what. I live an hour from the nearest branch so I really need this to work. Hopefully they'll get and update out there so I can use it and change my review

I had the new update on my phone and I couldn't deposit my check. It would not take the picture when I pushed the button a bunch of times. It then crashed. I tried it on my iPod, and that took just fine, as it was the old version. Fix this, please. I cannot deposit money any other way.

Works great, never had any problems.

This makes depositing checks easy and seemless as I live no where near my bank but absolutely love them! Enrollment is incredibly quick! Things that claimed to happen within days happened in minutes! I don't know why its not integrated into their other application. That being said there are two areas for improvement. You have to send both pictures before it says one is bad and you must retake both. You are depositing money, not withdrawing! There's no reason not to save credentials in this situation.

The first time I logged in via the app it timed out or something and failed. The second time (right afterward) it worked. The first time I tried to deposit a check it also timed out and failed after submitting the images of the front and back of the check. Doing the same thing a second time right away seems to have worked OK. So, it's worth another try but if it continues acting so flaky and taking so long to use I'll just go back to depositing at the ATM when getting cash.

This really helps me deposit my check without having to drive all the way to the bank. I have had no problems with this, I definitely recommend it!

This app works great! The installation and online enrollment with the bank were easy and quick.
