Welcome to the Yes Means Yes APP where asking for, receiving or giving CONSENT is the first step to ensuring you and your rights are VALUED and RESPECTED. At ANY time either participant ALWAYS has the right or prerogative to change their mind and say NO. The Yes Means Yes app is NOT intended to be nor does not imply in any way to be a binding commitment or contract. When ready, either create a “request” (q-bar code will appear that will be unique to that request) or “scan” a request (your phone’s camera will automatically prepare to capture the bar code of the other phone/ device). Once complete the request will be safely and securely uploaded to the secure sever for storage – neither party will have access to this information and it will not be stored on either phone.
