WiFi Scanner 3 is designed for Android 6 (Marshmallow).
WiFi Scanner 3 is a simple to use App that will display WiFi Networks in the area and the channels that they overlap. It accurately displays both visible and hidden networks in the 2.4 GHz and 5 Ghz ranges.
APs View provides a quick overview of WiFi Networks in the area, their signal levels and channel widths.
Noise View displays the number of WiFi Networks using each channel on a colored graph. When dealing with a cluttered area (such as apartments), this view is helpful in determining the least used channels, as some interference may be unavoidable.
Time View will display a real-time graph of a WiFi Network and the noise caused by overlapping networks. This view is useful for monitoring an Access Point or Router that is misbehaving, such as disappearing or periodically dropping in signal strength.
