Jewellery Online Shopping App

One of the worst app I had ever seen. I have sent my product back and there is no reply at all. I dint evn get my refund. Very cheap customer support,they don't even responsd properly but the products are ok... Pretty much Cost compared to other products.

Very costly. Here I saw one Kerala type Haram set for 4k something but I brought the same in fb page for 1800 with necklace haram and 1 small earring and one jhumkas set

Too costly...n not so good we r getting these products at much lower rates on other app

No customer care no. Working No reply of mails Didn't get return option Bad service

Too costly even in market u can get it in low price or in aliexpress u can get in cheap price

Dey choose d cheapest delivery mode n d product will not reach u evn afta 20days....on tracking d consignment number and talkin to d dtdc office over hea in my hometown...dey had said d sellers from mirraw choose d slowest n d cheapest possible mode of delivery..so no chance of expecting d ordered product in a month...N on complaining d mirraw customer care...hardly dey wl solve d problm o o presurise d logistic centre..N my ordered product wasnt a cheaper one...almost Rs 1300/-but still.

I ordered for bangles of 2. 4 size. Received bangles of size 2. 8 . I returned it through courier, as there is no pick up for mirraw, this transaction was made in the month of july, and till now didnot receive a single pie,mirraw generally charges more for the items but the quality being good I preffered but this huge delay for return is not acceptible, moreover there is nofurther communication from which is even more disgusting and the contact number is never answered on continuously putting mails I receiv

I have brought a gold plated set for my mom..it was so elegant.. delivery was also on time
