Loved it! Awesome service.They are the only local limousine/car service company adapting to the new times with their app. They are certified, safe, have new cars and happy well compensated drivers. Prices are 50% off the regular rates to be competitive. You pay a little more but you get way more than uber or lyft.

BEWARE. Before I booked it said the fee was + $55 before the $30 new user credit. I thought it was reasonable so I confirmed for a trip to the airport in two days. The confirmation I received was for $69.25. Not the $55 that I was quoted. No $30 credit that I was promised. Even worse, they immediately charged my American Express card. They didn't wait until I took the ride. They charged it immediately. Even worse than that, they charged $85.56. Not the $55-30 that I was quoted. Not the $69.25 in the confirmation, but $85.56. I couldn't contact them because the "contact us" link on their website has no contact information. Total ripoff.

Miami business trip was a success for many reasons.This company definitely helped. Chauffeurs picked us up everytime and there was wifi in the car so I could finish working on a few things. No surge even during busy times I really loved. Use code: Lux30 for a $30credit

So u install the app as a new customer you have to provide information to be able to get logins. So I go to book a ride for right now 12:48 a.m. Monday & it tells me to select another vehicle which the system automatically selects a sedan for you there was nothing available so it tells me to select another vehicle again nothing all n all there were none available to provide me w what they call 24 hour services do to not having not 1 car available & I live in a high populated area NOT WORTH INSTALLING APP
