ZVRS Z5 Mobile App

I tried to call my therapy for re-appointment, but took me almost 1 hour for waiting for serving. I guess they're no longer to fix bug for zvrs mobile. I checked when last time they released update news. It's couple years ago. Looks like they focus on zvrs max 5 or other more than mobile. I'm thinking about switch back to SVRS.

Worked for only 1-2 minutes then the incoming video (recipent/person receiving phone call) turned black while my outgoing video stayed on. Couldn't hang up. Not useable! Need major UI haul. As of 9/7/2016, after the unanswered call attempt, I was called back and I tried to accept call and it did nothing, but completely froze my phone, I had to do the hard reboot by force. Horrible app!!!

Several complaints about this app, which may even convince me to get rid of ZVRS. First, it does not list your missed calls in app. (Sorenson does!) You have to depend on SMS alert or email to know you have missed calls. I want to see missed calls in the app! Secondly, it does not automatically reconnect when your phone switches from Wi-Fi to 4g. You need to open the app and reconnect yourself. Sorenson automatically reconnects! I can't be checking my phone to be sure my ZVRS is connected! Fail

Not only does it crash like crazy, but the call quality isn't fantastic. I'm frustrated that, as a hearing person, I can only receive calls from Sorenson/purple etc, and not place calls to them.

Z-VRS video clear good work, But trouble why trade any thing Sorenson ntouch or Purple VRS smart VP that not right that many people hate Z-VRS this stupid not good, Please don't trade LAW, Thanks

I have never had any problem with this ZVRS app, it works smoothly eventhough when I'm making calls, I got interpreter right away, The interpreter are very I mean VERY sweet and understanding when I'm going thru hard or rough time with someone on phone and supports me all the time even if I don't know the interpreter well, it AMAZING!

Used to work fine but now on all my devices, z5 won't stay connected and in some cases won't even open (my ipad) please fix, I need this for my job, I get frequent calls and I can't miss them

I couldn't call even when I am using WiFi or LTE connection.

As title says and incompatible with Android 6.0

I downloaded Z5 app on my cell and noticed right away my battery drained rapidly even you don't make a call. Don't recommend it. This app will have a long haul to improve their software.

Sony Xperia Z3v phone. 4.4.4 always broken and never fixed. I am more than tempted to switch to a competitor just because they do it better than you.

Something wrong with tablet

Z VRS Mobile App is really buggy and when I try to talk to interpreters then it lasts for few secs then crashed repeatly. Please fix this! Using Lenovo Ideatab tablet!

Great Tools for deaf people when they are trying to get in touch with hearing or deaf person through the video. Keep up the good work

One year anniversary today since they last updated this app. No communication or update about the app. Nothing. Obviously they favor in Apple over Android. That's not how you run a business. Because of ZVRS app non-functioning, I began using Sorenson for mobile VP/VRS calls. Lost VRS revenue for ZVRS, I guess.

Worthless app! This app doesn't work at all on any LG models. This app is also a resources and battery hog. When I try to make a VP or VRS call, it has an unbelievably long wait time to connect to a server and to verify my location. Very unprofessional, ZVRS!

Improved. Now for hearing people...Yay...deaf people know hearing people that know how to sign you know! They need to fix the text message notice of a phone call. It immediately pops up at the same time. I have to either delete or close the message app. When that apps, the Z5 app disappears and I can locate it to accept the call. If I manage to bring up the app, there is no icon to answer the call and I lose the call, although I can hear the phone ringing The message needs to delay 5 secs or 10 secs so as not to interfere with the call.

It doesn't work for the Samsung Galaxy note 4. it works fine on my iPhone 5 but not my note 4. Contacted customer service and was told to wait for an update to come out for the app. It has been over a year since the last update, so I wonder when that will be.
