Saya booking pakai aplikasi ini, tanggal 25 Nov 2015 jam 17.00 di Barberbox Senopati. Setengah jam dan sudah jalan ke Barber, tiba-tiba dicancel otomatis dari aplikasi tanpa alasan yang jelas. Sesampainya di tempat, tanya dengan kasir kenapa tiba-tiba di cancel ya padahal sudah booking, jawabannya 'aplikasi-nya masih promosi jadi kita belum pakai aplikasi itu, jadi lebih baik telpon saja', langsung saya remove dari aplikasi.
