Don't buy a Kgoal until MinnaLife fixes the app. Even though it always took 3+ attempts, my phone used to pair with the Kgoal, but not anymore. This is not a droid or phone problem, either, because Bluetooth shows connected. 2014 Motorola Moto X running Marshmallow.

Difficult to get into the right position, but once there is good. Bluetooth won't connect unless I disconnect my Samsung Gear fit ...which is weird, but easy enough to do. It won't connect and causes my Gear fit to disconnect/reconnect constantly. I've been doing pelvic floor physio in prep for surgery - and the 'games' are a motivator. More types of workouts would be awesome. Maybe a front vs back targeted one. 3 star due to connectivity issue. Also wondering what max perf on a skill would be- 10?

Bluetooth drops in the last 30 seconds of the workout and my scores aren't recorded. Happens constantly. Too frustrating.

This "new" version of the app with improved Bluetooth connectivity = trying to connect the Bluetooth for 30-90 minutes (based on my threshold for pressing the "try again" button repeatedly), and failing to connect at all 50% of the time. Turning the app off and on, turning the phone off and on, etc... Nothing helps connect this app. It's connected a couple times after a minimum of 30 minutes trying and then it's a great app (hence the second star). Please fix this app. It renders your product useless.

I had to fiddle but I've found that if I turn on the Kgoal device, pair it with my phone (in andriod Bluetooth settings), then I open the app (it must be completely closed at the end of your workout and reopened at the next one). Go to workout and the app then prompts you to open the Kgoal app settings and connect. It's worked everytime. Quickly tap the on button if it's registering a squeeze when you are relaxed. More fun that a pelvic floor physio session. (Sony Xperia z3 comp running Marshmallow)

Poorly working app. Connecting kgoal to a phone takes ages! Whenever I press connect it turns off the phone Bluetooth so pairing is lost!!!

I injured myself running too late during pregnancy with my 1st baby. I found an incredible PT who got me back running after a few months. She has since left her practice. I got KGoal with hopes to get back running quickly after baby 4. Just did my 1st workout and love it. No trouble with bluetooth. Great feedback from device and app to help focus on exercises. App is well designed and I'm hopeful that I'll be out running soon.

I haven't been successful in pairing and keeping a connection long enough to complete even one workout. Huge waste of money.

The product synced on the first try. I did two workouts and they were actually fun. Needs more exercises. Needs exercises that targets the vaginal back wall instead of just the sides.

Love the device itself, but the app leaves much to be desired. Never send to be able to pair with the device. Not really worth the money paid. If they fix the app.... Maybe

I think it's the device itself, not the app, but really buggy and frustrating to use.

I have tried and tried to connect the app through Bluetooth with my kgoal. I finally got it paired one time after many tries. This is a piece of junk and I can't believe I paid all this money for it. Very unsatisfied customer.

It doesn't even give basic info on the insert or video, such as what the device feedback vibrations mean, the correct positioning, etc. The Bluetooth can turn off in the midst of the workout, and doesn't reconnect. It is a terrible product.

Worked well with the previous installation but now won't connect to my physical kgoal with the update. The games do make kegels fun and interactive though. It is also nice to be able to gauge your vaginal strength. I wish there were more games for it. But overall very nice.

Won't stay connected

I love the program (the idea itself is brilliant and the fun workouts are definitely a plus) however, the pairing is such a problem that I cannot use my KGOAL at all. :( The device paired the first time I used it but it was no longer recognizable to my Bluetooth for any of the other trials afterwards. Bummer! I really hope this bug can be fixed because I was really looking forward to using my KGOAL and seeing the results.

Like others, I eventually got my device to pair initially, but now it won't connect at all. As the device is basically useless without the app, this is really not acceptable. It has been over 6 months now. Are we going to get a fix soon???

The app and the device are great. I'd love a new workout or two.

The device itself is genius.... however the app needs some serious work-it worked the first time I used it however subsequent attempts will NOT let me stay connected via Bluetooth... Arrgghh!!!..VERY frustrating! If you get the connectivity problems worked out, I'd be happy to give this 5 stars....

I was able to get it to pair a couple of days ago and now I'm having no luck.

Was a little concerned about connecting but loved the concept. Think the kinks may have been worked out, no issues connecting and was pleased with results.

Still can't connect even after unparring and letting the device connect. I see a disconnect option Wich leads me to believe it's connected but no such luck. When will I be able to use this??? I spent good hard earned money because I believed in this product but I'm beginning to have my doubts. ....

I'm having the same problems listed below. I'm connected, in the phone settings it says I'm connected, but when I try to do a workout (and there's only one showing) it says I'm not. I tell it to connect and it then it'll do the 5 sec strength test but then tells me the workout's done. That's all it'll do. I've restarted the phone & uninstalled /reinstalled the app. I paid a lot of money for the KGoal. Is the app going to be fixed soon?

Can not connect. The reason I bought it was to use the app. I have never got a connection even though it says it is on the app

The bluetooth connection failures remain even after the last couple of updates. We've tried the iOS version on an iPad and that one works, so it must be an Android only issue.

Like the other reviews, the device will not connect to the app - it used to work in the early versions, but was really cumbersome to repeatedly unpair the device in my bluetooth settings. Even when the connection worked, the app is bare bones and not much to it. 1 workout. Since there's no screen stay on function, my mobile will shut off during the workout.

It's a little bare bones, but it does what it says it will do - connect with your Kgoal and give you a 5 minute workout. Now hopefully, it will KEEP working....

The bluetooth connection takes forever while going back and forth between "connected" and "not connected". When it finally stops it says connected, but then a box pops up that says it's not connecting and to exit the app then try again. About the 8th time of this instead of leaving the app I went to the workout tab. When I pushed start work out a box popped up saying I wasn't connected, but if I squeeze the kGoal with out pushing start, the power bar moves. Which means I am. The in app controls work too.

I'm having a blend of the problems already mentioned.There's a "disconnect" between the app and the device. The funny thing is that the device "connects" because the status light turns blue and I can change the feedback settings. However when I go to do my work out...(only one shows up by the way) I get some error message saying that it isn't connected. I originally let my device find the KGoal (no issue there) just now what? It's connected and yet not connected. Super frustrating!! I waited over a year then had to wait 2 weeks because of surgery and now...I get this? I will wait to really rate but for now...this isn't looking so great.

It just won't establish a connection, and without the device is useless. Hope you solve this soon... It's a shame that after all the wait and trust we have to deal with such basic issue.

So far I cannot rate this fully as it's not working. Getting the same issue, it shows connected but when I click on start work out it says I'm not connected. Also its rating a squeeze strength so I must be connected but for whatever reason the workout is not working! Not even sure I'm doing it right! Please fix!!!

Works great now. I was having the same issue as everyone else, but it worked fine after I unpaired it and allowed the app to find it. Thanks for the help Leslie.

Hey guys we were having the same connection issue. Try unpairing Bluetooth and let the app connect the device first.

The software works fine but there isn't much to it.

Bluetooth occasionally has connection trouble but really cool app and product!
