UPDATE 2: THIS APP HAS BEEN STABLE FOR YEARS NOW. VERY RELIABLE. UPDATE: GOT IT WORKING BY INSTALLING APP FROM MIPC WEBSITE. UNINSTALLED PLAY STORE VERSION FIRST. From 4 stars to 1. Was working on Nexus 9 tablet up until today. Now not working at all (just like my nexus 7). How long till it stops working on my mobile phones? Then the cameras I have bought will be useless....please sort.

Ever since the update the camera keeps booting me out and changing the username to the password. Really annoying. I also don't like the fact that the background is now white, is blinding when you look at it at night. Rubbish

We bought our cameras in February of this year. Downloaded the app and things had been working great for 2 months. Since the so called "update" a few days ago, we get our notification, try to view cameras and it boots us out and forces us to login again. The cameras pan and tilt are not immediately reactive as they were with the older version of the app. The new white layout is awful as well. We use these cameras and this app as part of our home security system and now it has become less than dependable.

This doesn't work reliably at all. Everytime I try to open the app it says it isn't installed, tries to reinstall and realizes it is installed. Whoever is programing this needs to seriously fix it fast or hire some help before the overall review goes to 1 star!

Seems to work not so fine after update. Lots of being forced to log back in again. Also, cameras now show alerts not with nickname but with their identifiers which are just a string of non-sensical letters and numbers. Result is that I don't really know which camera tripped its motion alarm. Very disappointed in this update.

Love the camera, but I hate the app soooo much and it hasn't gotten better since the update. Constantly having to force close to get it working properly. Not fun.

With each update, things get worse and worse. The app is unreliable and keeps kicking me back to the sign in screen. Now, the picture of even bad quality, too. Super frustrating.

Overall nice app... But this new color scheme sucks really really bad. White controls on an off-white background.... Really???? What are these guys thinking?

The new white background is terrible.. I'm usually looking at this late at night bring the dark black background back!

Why is it suddenly saying it's not installed. I go to play store and is says it is installed. So why isn't the shortcut working?

Used to work fine but lately after multiple updates it doesn't work anymore. Garbage!

Had update yesterday picture quality better but app kicks me out saying error has occurred sorry not happy as use for security

You have to delete the Android icon on your screen and re add to use it

Can't use the microphone since the update. Please can someone help!?

I used to love this app and I don't ever write reviews but it's to the point where I am extremely frustrated. I used to constantly recommend this product because I love that you can control the camera from your phone, the picture quality I think is great & set up was easy. However the app is forever freezing and I am constantly trying to get the screen to enlarge. No matter how many times I refresh it just won't do it!! I have had this product for about 6/7 months now. Please fix this as otherwise it's a decent product.

My dad bought me this camera for my twins bc my previous camera (summers brand) went out. I love how clear the picture is. I can hear them and speak to them. I have no complaints . I love that i can watch my girls from my phone, tablet or computer. Also when im away i can use as a home security for me to check on my house. I will definitely be buying a 2nd and maybe 3rd camera. ⛥⛥⛥⛥⛥

This app is unreliable. Often it just keeps "loading" and the IP cam is not accessible as a result. And this malfunction even occurs with internet connection speeds in excess of 15mbs. I'm appealing to the developer to please fix this annoying bug. Many users won't mind paying for an app if is reliable / robust.

I really did my best to make this work considering the price for the camera but I can't anymore. This whole system is trash. I can't even begin to understand how there is even one positive review about this video system. 1 out of 5 cause nothing works, the camera, the app no part of it is worth a dime. But the app is by far the biggest piece of trash.

this app does not work as designed on Android tablet. Am trying to monitor elderly father. The app freezes every morning at 1:50am when I need to be alerted of dad's movement which I get no alerts. Day and time incorrect and when you go to correct, it defaults back. Gives false alerts when no one in room. Customer support states they cannot help and can only get ahold via email only, no phone number. Very dissatisfied with app and this is what was stated to use for the unit. They need to fix it and fix my unit. Customer supports statements on being contacted by accounting are false claims as well.

After reading the negative reviews I was almost regertting this product. I downloaded the app from the play store. I find while the app has a second or two lag it is no where what others has noted. The only issue I have is with night viewing. The camerachas no way to reduce the gkare from my frint entry light or even frim the kight acroos the street. This makes the camera all but useless because of the glare. I havevnot tried it during the day. I will review daytime picture soon.

I am a technophobe and even I with my very limited patience managed this. However.... isn't it supposed to have movement notification?? Alarm or something? Having trouble setting that part up but other than that no issues so far. Like it! Would like it even more if someone could help with the afore mentioned issue!!

The camera is actually fairly decent for the price and if you want the simple act of viewing and monitoring. There are no clear operational instructions that come with this camera (or at least nothing that we could find upon delivery or a search online). The picture quality is clear, the viewing distance and angles are quite good. The app loses major points in two key areas. The sound is very distorted and cannot be adjusted. As well, in my opinion, one of the most critical components that is missing is the ability to download or share videos or snapshots. I mean, what's the point if you can't do this (unless you are just into voyeurism). You can screenshot and have it on your phone but when you need to download a video (which is what we needed to do for a situation regarding treatment at a seniors home that my father-in-law resided in) the app and camera functionality failed miserably. The pricing is very reasonable but if you are needing the camera for a purpose where you may need to refer back to a picture or video you would likely be able to find other products on the market that would be far better.

This app is rubbish! It's so sporadic on whether or not it sends me motion alerts. I got it so I can keep a safe eye lb my baby so it's essentially useless.

Please FIX the freezing! The point of a baby monitor is to know as soon as your baby wakes up, not 5 minutes later after she's crawled out of her bed!!!

I Love the app very much and the quality is very high. I find it disturbing not to be able to reset my account password! Can someone help?

For those who can't add multiple cameras to your cell phone app. Don't login with the camera id as the user on you phone or it will only show that camera. Use the login that you set up on your PC and also use the same on your cell and the additional cameras will show up and you will also have the "add devices" option on your phone. I did this and it now works fine.

Replaced my dlinks with these.. much more reliable. It would be nice to view several cameras at once like in a command center.. easy set up but had to youtube it.. my instructions led me to vimtag but mipc has a better look n feel..

HOW DO I DELETE RECORDS???? I'm so annoyed. I downloaded a file manager and delete them using that and they pop back up. I need a way to mass delete. It takes too long one by one

App very very unreliable. Lagging by 2 to 3 min. How can I fix that?? Can save snapshots to phone and share to social media but not direct sharing.

Please Somebody send me a list name of IP wireless cam that works on MIPC, in Aliexpress shop . MIPC developpers must Help. Regards.

Pretty good app, installation was OK, some times it freezes or doesn't open properly, but exiting the app using the exit function seems to sort that. It could do with a multiple delete feature, having to delete loads of pictures/videos can take a while. Another thing I'm noticing is each time I'm moving the camera, I'm getting lots of notifications, I have the motion detection down to 25 (4 now),I've lots of recorded video/pictures with nothing on them...getting frustrated now with it all. Accidentally removed one of my cameras, but since I'm away from home, I can't add it back in, there needs to be a way to do this while away from home! The PC program is useless, can`t delete, can`t multi-select and if I refresh the videos, it logs me out completely.

Would love this app a whole lot more if i could add my second camera, the mysannce app you can add 2 cameras but doesnt give me notifications so i have both apps on my phone this one to get the notifications and the mysannce app to be able to view both my cameras , if possible please fix thanks

I have had very little trouble with this. My cams work fine. My only issue is remote storage.

What a piece of usless software. Got the camera's so stuck with it. Had it about a year and never records the right frame...sometimes it doesnt even record anything, it's going to really let me down one day. Very very unreliable.

This app does not let you add cameras looked all over and nothing not even plus sign, email to customer service got returned terrible

Never displays the correct date format and the day is always wrong.

...Solved my problem - I just clicked 'Restart device'.

Constantly freezing. Please fix!
