This has crushed any excuse to not workout. Workout at the intensity that is right for you and your fitness level, and this little handy app will always be useful. I also love using this on my rest days because I can go light on the intensity and it won't interfere too much with recovery.

I like this app because it's only 7 minute but I'm already sweating! I'd like to suggest you some impovements: it would be nice to record my workouts. For example, yesterday I did two rounds for the day, today I did only one. It's nice to see the result.

Its not bad at all for a free app. Very simple and easy to use. I recovering from an injury, I'm just taking it slow. I do what I can (the lifts can be hard for me) and do just 1 second better the next day. By the end of the year I would like to do the whole 7 minutes with out taking any breaks. I do recommend this app.

A useful tool for anyone who wants to make sure they have a way to work out no matter what. The workout is heavy on body weight exercises--no equipment necessary--and only lasts seven minutes. (You can add sets if you want.) The app consists, primarily, of a start button, which is exactly the level of involvement I want with a workout app.

This is really a very good app. I made an mp3 that did the same thing when I first heard of this. ONE SUGGESTION/REQUEST: I would love an option to have the app count down all the seconds, not just the last 3. Seems easier to keep the intensity up if I know exactly where I am, time-wise. Thanks in advance. LOVE the ability to tweak the duration! (5 stars if you make that little change!)

Love the app it's an intense workout in only 7 mins. I've only used it a few times so far but it gets my heart pumping. I only gave it 4 bc I didn't understand some off the workouts n there's no description or animation to help out. Other then that PERFECT!

I like this one a lot. First, for those of you asking for a randomized version of this, you may not have read the article about this workout. Its in a specific, scientific order based on muscle groups. Also, for it being open in the taskbar, I thought it stayed open in the taskbar, but if you use the back button while in the app, you can close it. I do wish you could skip a move or two in case the app gets closed accidentally and you could start again.

Only 5 starts I've given out. This is because no privileges are requested. Will donate due to this fact also. I'm using this to work up to beachbody's insanity workout. 3 rounds of this will be a half of a step below that. Great app, keep up the great work. Suggestion for the future... Maybe allow entry of number of each exercise completed to be entered in between sets.

I tried a few "7 Minute Workout" apps after reading the article in the NY Times. I liked this one the best for a few reasons. I like the graphics, the countdown near the end of each exercise and rest segment. I also love that you can adjust the length of time for both exercises, intervals, and repeats. In addition, not all the other apps I tried had a full 30 seconds for each of the side planks. I wanted that as well. I do all sorts of workouts including P90X, Insanity, running, swimming, weights. This is a fabulous workout. If you think 7 minutes is too short, you can always change the interval to 45 seconds and run through it 4 or 5 times. You will be exhausted. This is great for travel too.

gets the heart pumping and breaking into a sweat in one session. shows how unfit i am lol. but its a good quick workout, no more excuses not to excercise. additional exercises (different group of various exercises) would be good making it a variety but definitely a short video clip of some of the exercises would be good too.

I ignore the speech and just look at the screen. After the 7 min I'm sweating. They have exercise like Plank, Side Plank, Push Up, Crunches, Wall Sit and etc. I will see if I lose any weight after 1 week but overall this app is great for a quick exercise and to keep you fit.

I recommend it to all those yew want to sweat and get fit.. Dont take this app lightly.... it really makes yew tired... It leaves yew huffing and puffing after 7 Mins :) Great job !!! Love ittt ♥ Would just want a little more exercises added... then it will be even more awesome

I have trouble getting to the gym and needed to find something fast but still gives me a good burning workout. I over heard some ladies talking about thia app and I didn't believe it but this s*** really WORKS. LOVE and recommend this app.

This works really well with my advocare program.... I do in the am and in the pm... And with my weights getting awesome results... I do have a question thou... How the hell do u close it after its done running.. I can't get it off my top bar... There is no way to close it so it's constantly running and not great for data plan...

This is awesome! I never write reviews but this is great. I used to be gymnast, coach, runner, body builder but cant anymore since a few months ago because of my knee and overall chronic arthritis (and age almost 53) This is phenomenal!

"A body in motion tends to stay in motion." I'm using 7 minutes to get me moving and more fit than I already am. I like the simplicity of the app and the motions. The interface is excellent but the app could use some tracking and graphing capabilities.

Great app for working out, it certainly helps with this type of exercise. I'm having trouble getting it to close afterwards though as it continues to show up in my notifications even after its closed. Other than that its a great way to do this work out!

It's a sad state of affairs that one has to mention that it app does what it promises, but here goes: this lovely little app guides you through a seven minute workout. It works flawlessly and i have no complaints. If only more developers would take an example from mphan! ( one small gripe: there seems to be a bug dismissing notifications)

This app has really been the turn around to my workouts. Since I have school I don't have a bunch of time to go to the gym and finish my homework. This app gives me a good workout in a very short 7 minutes. So I can finish my everyday things as well as my workout.

It's so awesome tho. Only thing is that I can't see the pictures from abdominal crunch and push up rotation so I don't know what I have to do lol. If those excercises come I just do others. Well that's the fault from my phone. Awesome app!

Its short fast and easy! I'm sweaty and my heart is racing just after that short workout. Out of all the excersices there was only one I couldn't do. But it is totally awesome and so easy to do. They have pics to show you how to do the excersices and a countdown for starting and stopping. Great app for people who want a quick and easy workout!

i just started it's my 2nd day and it gets my heart pumping faster. the only problem is that it doesnt work with the TTS even Google TTS which you claimed u have already fixed. Still useful though I just check the time remaining.

The app works as intended. it is just missing a feature. I was just interrupted by a call during the workout. The app didn't pause when it lost focus, and I was unable to skip back to the right round afterwards. These features would really improve the app a lot.

I really like this app.. The only thing I would change would be shuffling the exercises so your not doing the same ones everyday...but I have just recently installed the app so my judgment may be premature.

It's a great little free app. Looking at what comes with the paid version I would never buy it so I am very happy with the free version. Only problem I have is when I'm done it won't completely exit. It sits in the "ongoing" area of my pull down screen with no way to close it but restarting my S3. I've even closed it through the task manager and nothing happens.

Thank you for app-ifying this exercise! Very well made... Easy to use, nice Google voice integration, screen on feature... Even customization! Future recommendations for improvement as others suggested may be to consider adding a logbook/calendar/goal feature, videos, or more thorough explanations of proper technique for some of the exercises. I also had the closing problem others had where it hanged in my notification bar even though I exited the program .. Went away after clearing from running apps 2x

I like the fact it doesn't require any fancy equipment. I like the fact it's simple to use. I like the fact it has the option to have an audio countdown timer. That said, I think the "instructions" portion could be improved. A quick animation, audio instructions, something to refresh my memory of exercises that seem familiar but don't immediately come to mind. One other suggestion (or maybe it exists and I haven't come across it yet) is to have a "reminder" notification. I see the app in my task bar but I'd like to be able to tell it "remind me to workout at 6:30 every week day" or such. Nice app overall, just a couple of things that would make it better.

I see that you are planning to add "Logging". Thank you, this a must have for many of us. As well you're are adding a "Help" section, which I suppose couldn't hurt (I feel that the pictures suffice, but Hey that's just me). Is "Landscape" on your TO DO List? PLEASE add this feature if not already on you List - both are a must on my Tablet and Phone, as both devices Kick-Stand up in Landscape mode (and not in Portrait). With "Logging" and "Landscape" added this will be a 5 STAR app, and the BEST 7 Minute app option in Google apps!!!

The is no excuse whatsoever to not get your 7 minute workout done. The only request I have is an animated representation of the workout. For example, not everybody knows to perform plank nor side planks. It would be nice is some written description were included in the app under the side menu kind of like a info/educational section.

So easy to use its a breath of fresh air! For 5 stars I'd like some more exercises and ability to choose which I do or ability to choose a defined area like abs, legs, overall tone etc Still an excellent app and I've had no trouble making this part of my daily routine before shower in the morning!

Using this app will definitely help you get your sexy back or at least make you feel better. And you can do it a couple times a day. I had to make some body adjustments..used stairs instead of chair for step ups, planks, push ups.. made it easier for a person who can not get down/up from floor.

This is a must have workout app. I only use it to work my muscles because I'm underweight anyways. But the app is really cool for people who need to lose weight really fast. I don't use the full app but I'm giving a five-star rating a must have app for losing weight.

Some of the stuff is obvious, lunges, jumping jacks, etc. But some of the exercises I've never heard of before, and it doesn't explain them.

I love the seven minute workout, but I hate this app. It is very difficult to close in android, and the timer skips, so thirty seconds could be 24 or 36. What's the point? I'm uninstalling now...
