Have you ever damaged your phone and lost all your contacts, gotten a new phone but had certain phone numbers not transfer? Maybe you've gone through the copy & paste routine from a private Facebook group, or even the "Text me your name and I'll re-add you" routine. With Kontact, you won't have to do that anymore.
When you download and run the app, you'll set a keyword. You can give this phrase to anyone you need to, through email, Facebook, or even face-to-face. With this, they can add their number to your phone. All they have to do is send you a text message starting with your keyword, followed by their name, and when you receive the message the sending number will be added automatically to your contacts.

Found this app through admob advertising today in one of my other free apps. I think that the color scheme is pretty terrible and that the app has a lot of work that needs done, but this is clearly an app that was just released and is still in production. Regardless, I think it employs an interesting concept. Quite frankly, I'm surprised nobody has done this before but I think it's cool nonetheless.
