Please note that nowadays because of specific hardware designed to mine sha256 this app is almost useless because of processing power diference between general devices like mobile phones and hardware designed for that. Even more, most pools won't even detect the worker correctly because of that.

please note that you need to manually select the checkbox "Run in background" to allow it to run in background, otherwise it will stop mining once you go back to the launcher. This checkbox is below the "priority" combo.

I'm not rating this app based on looks or anything else, I'm basing it because it simply does not work. My miner is always inactive, it never shows logs even with the KH/s is enabled. I've tried every setting possible with different mining pools and workers and the same result with all of them. Save your money and do not buy this app.

Been running for a day still no shares listed. Something is clearly broken or they are stealing your work. I never see any of my hash show in slush's pool. Stay away until it gets fixed

When app is started it seems to work as i could see from my cpu monitoring app. However, after i placed my phone to sleep, the cpu monitor would drop to idle. Ticking the "running in background" and not ticking it does not matter. This is only happening on my samsung note 3. On my old htc evo it works fine.

It does mine coins but no pool will give u credit for such low processing power.. All android bitcoin mining apps are basically worthless because of this.. :(

After four days of running "Bitcoin and sha256 Miner PRO" on the Samsung Galaxy Tab 3, NO Accepted Shares were yielded. Multithreading made NO difference! I would no longer consider this a "Productivity" item because it is a mere novelty. My single-threaded BeagleBone Black yielded it's first accepted share in it's 1st three hours, and yielded 11 accepted shares in my 4-day experiment. As for "Bitcoin and sha256 Miner PRO", it's a great way to run CPU at maximum while wearing down the battery. I thought the PRO would be better than the limited free version; well, it's a waste of money, unless you like novelties!

Keeps saying retry after 10 seconds. The other app i am using is better than this one.i think this app cant connect to any pools and i have tried 3 of them.
