Quick fence does not notify me when I leave the area. Can't change the address in my zones, when I change the address in a zone and come back and check it has resorted back to original address that I first enter. The only thing this does is let me know I've left my house and when I come back home.Very disappointed with it can't believe how much I paid for this junk ! I will not recommend this to anyone !!!!

A few days ago, it was crap. Now it has actually been showing the correct address my car is located. If it doesn't show the exact location, then i go to the history & it shows every location my car was driven to or pass. That's close enough for me to track my car down if someone steals it.

Don't like the new update has too many problems. Need to fix can't do anything can not refresh or nothing. Love it better before the update

Does not have real time tracking address is always off never accurate new maps are not helpful at all neither were the old ones needs to be updated with real time tracking while car is moving

I do not like the new map update. I want the Google Map back. It should be the users option!!!

This app lately has been very inaccurate on where my car is located. It tells me its somewhere when it's not. And we're paying for this???

No real-time updates, location updates not working, quick fence doesn't work. Everything sucks.

Can't log in tired several times and am feed up

This app does NOT let you know where your car is at ALL times...only when the ignition has been turned on or off. As of 5:24am CST, it shows OT to be sitting in my driveway but that is when it LEFT. It has not updated since that time. Please fix it!

It hasn't updated since yesterday. Showing 9/2 in my driveway. We've been all over the place today.

Has not shown true location of vehicle since yesterday afternoon. About to demand my money back for this service that doesn't work

It doesn't update right. It shows its in my driveway but my car is actually at my husband's job!

Was sold this thru DriveTime. Doesn't even show real time stats. And I don't know what everyone sees in this, other than the one they had was worse than this one. It puts my car 29 miles away and takes days to update. God forbid the vehicle was ever stolen, they'd make it to Thailand across the seven seas circling Jupiter before I could retrace the steps putting me within a five state area. And you have to pay another $400+ on top of what you already paid if you want to get better info. Scam!

No longer shows businesses or has an icon on android desktop.

App started acting funny. Has not worked correct. Called the company, keep getting the run around. Not too helpful bunch. Would not recommend

The app was great with Google maps, but you changed to Bing? Really? It's now ugly and not very clear to look at. What was this, the cheap option for you? Go back to Google and stop going with the terrible Microsoft junk!

This new update is awful. Full of bugs. Whereas the old one was occasionally glitchy, it still worked pretty smoothly for the most part. This new map is complete crap, you can't refresh, you can't do much of anything, actually.

I mean if you need a better developer you can hire me. I can create this app better for you. The older version was working fine. Now I can't even get a location period. The refresh button doesn't even register at all.

Its useless. Take 2 or 3 days to update . The new maps suck. There are alot 9f things that needs fixed. Don't update it because it get worse after you do that.

Very helpful, just have problems at times getting real time tracking. But well worth it and helps ease your mind about where your vehicles are at.

Doesn't always work tired of always having to refresh. Now it updated an I can't login......still doesn't work. Either fix it or return our money NOW

It doesn't give me a real time location of where my car is. My car is parked at my home and it's saying on the map my car is 20 mins away... Really?
