I like that you can choose different time intervals which makes it perfect to fit any schedule. I also love that I can actually feel my abs working hard and it's completely free!
When you don't have time for a longer workout 5 minutes is better than nothing! In 5 minutes you get a decent ab workout from this.
The workout goes quickly. You'll know you're using correct form, your muscles will definitely ache. Get started!
I highly reccomend this appﺇ They have 3 excellent pre-defined workout routines with rest timers inbetween each excercise. I love the fact that this app provides a random routine feature. feature. I've never had to do the same workout twice using the random routine feature! The create your own routine option is also very useful. You can customize your own workout routines using one of the 3 time lengths and any of the 30 exercise videos.
