This app regularly crashes, fails to populate my schedule, crashes when I'm trying to accept a ccard payment, crashes when scheduling clients. It's not unusual to have to log out and log back in just to accept a payment or reschedule a client for the next appointment. When I do have to log out and log back in it often won't find my salon name. This app is awful and needs serious attention. $65 a month for this nightmare. Should have stuck with Vagaro $30 a mo and reliable! Fix and I'll change my Review

The app has been awful. It's randomly opening up my schedule on days I don't work, it doesn't save the info when I check in a client. I have called support multiple times and they talk to me like it's my fault... this system needs major tweeks. I am paying twice as much as I did with schedulicity and it's a noting but trouble. In 6 years with schedulicity I never had even one problem

Great when it works, however it is full of glitches. It will randomly not let you log in, and will no longer allow user access as a user and will prompt you to down load app as client super frustrating and useless if you unable to access schedule. Loss of income due to unavailability with out access to schecule.

Hate this app. It regularly logs me out of its system and when I try to log back in, it says it can't find my info. So, I have to contact my admins to change my password EVERY TIME. I'M SICK OF IT!!

This app is incredibly frustrating. It only allows me to schedule my clients in 45 min blocks which is ridiculous to me. Sometimes I need to schedule a 15 min block sometimes I need a thirty min block and the fact that I can't schedule clients with appropriate time frames leaves huge gaps in my availability for other clients. All the bugs,crashes and failure to upload info into the system is equally infuriating. Definitely will be encouraging management to use different software.

Android user.. I am unable to give discount codes or percentage discounts on services. Co workers with Apple devices have no issue doing this. Needs to be fixed as it's lost business!

I'm angry that I'm forced to give it even 1 star. The app and staff are horrible. It frequently sends false appointment reminders to clients, resulting in complete chaos. Some reminders even state that we're reminding the client of their 2:00AM massage appointment, making us look less than high-end, should I say... Just as soon as I find someone that can import my clients properly, I shall be saying good-bye to this garbage.

Worked for 2 weeks and now won't open at all. Force closes every single time I try and use it which means I can't access my schedule at all and have to call someone and ask every time. Useless.

For one, I would think that I'd be able to see requested appointments through the app, and not just the Web client. Seems intuitive. -- --. ** Update 12/20/16 ** Over a year since my last review. 2 years since using the service; and yet you STILL can't confirm a requested appointment. Time for my business to start looking into alternative CRMs. Highly disappointed.

Mindbody site always had problems from the start. The mindbody team is clearly too uneducated and too small to handle customer satisfaction. I've had better experience with other booking programs that are cheaper with better customer care! I don't recommend this at all!

I am using the app on an S7. Suddenly will not open and I have to use mindbody on desktop to manage my clients. I have turned my phone off and on and tried reinstalling the program and still won't work. Fix. Please.

I think the biggest improvement this app needs is push notifications. If we could get an actual notification when our client has arrived it would be a huge help. Instead of having to constantly hit the refresh button in the app. Also notifications for any changes, cancellation, or additions to the schedule. Can I get a reply? It's down right ridiculous this app still lacks push notifications. Embarrassing...

It runs better than appointee, millennium, genbook and booker . It falls short when it comes to spa soft. I does crash and that gets old fast but for the most part its worth having

can't see my classes or appointments on my google calendar even tough in my settings I have chosen the calendar. If syncing into my google calendar is not possible, why make it an option in my settings???? Very frustrating and dysfunctional!!!

Studio Owners beware of poor customer service. I have asked for my account to be closed since October , finally Nov 17 was told my funds would be mailed within 2-4 weeks. 20 days later emailed again and was told sorry there was a glitch im the system my account wasnt processed & it would take another 2-4 weeks. If you are a Studio owner I highly suggest looking for another alternative than this company.

•Cut and paste replies from tech team is the height of rudeness! •The app doesn't do a lot, so why it has so many problems is difficult to understand. •For salon owners it is expensive! •Set up team are great, tech back up need to be fired on the spot! •App needs to customisable to suit different business's needs. • pffff "cheque" are you f***ing kidding me... This is 2017 and we're not all in the USA, MAKE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS CUSTOMISABLE!

In May 2016 I note several errors with Express App. No longer. This App is a true time saver! It's fast & easy to check the schedule, look up a client (including by phone number), check, charge & edit accounts. There are a few things my coworkers & I wish they would add, like a notation for first timers ... in time. Also note, the MBO App for clients is so easy to use, even our most technically-challenged clients use it with ease and grace! Thank you MBO!

At first it seemed like mind body was the answer to all of our prayers...it quickly became apparent that not only is mind body ridiculously difficult to set up, but it is unpredictable and unreliable. There were days that we were on the phone with tech support from open to close. Not one single time were we able to book or check out a client without some sort of issue. Appointments would move themselves from one stylist to another. Payroll was left in shambles afterward. I would not recommend.

The app crashes immediately on opening. I cannot find any way to contact support, so maybe this will get someone's attention. I have tried both wifi and cellular connections, and I have uninstalled and reinstalled. Nexus 6P on Android 7.0.

This app never works quite correctly. Scrolling through the schedule is clunky and undependable, I often can't check out clients, especially when I'm without wifi. Sometimes it just crashes. These things are daily occurrences. But, when it's working, it's a good app for my business.

I processed a $2,700 payment a week ago and I have yet to see it. I emailed and called multiple times with zero response. Square would have given me MY money 6 days ago. Why can I not even get a response? You certainly haven't had a problem debiting funds from my account for random amounts on random days. I'm contacting the better business Bureau. Please tell Lauren yee when a customer calls you 10 times you should be able to return a call. This is unacceptable
