Locates me in California instead of Toronto. Unable to permanently fix in settings, so cannot use "browse" function at all. Have to search by manually entering my location every time in the search field or in map view.

This is a pretty bad app in terms of user authentication. Pretty sure I have 4 logins now, none are connect despite being the same email, and I still can't book classes. You basically have to create a new account evertime you login to an app on the phone or online

Cant add the expiration date on my card because it expires in the 3rd month while we are in the 4th. Fix this, it is so frustrating!!

I do not respect a company that denies it's clients the ability to communicate with managers. They do not reply back to email. They will not refund and do not back up their guarantee.

It won't even open on my Huawei TagL22. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling it and still get a random blank screen

I can't log in. I am able to log into your website and even have tried resetting my password, but for some reason I can't log in using the android app.

I find it creepy and irritating that this app stalks my location and uses it to send me location-based advertising even when the app is closed. If it were possible to book appointments at my yoga studio without using this app, I'd uninstall it.

Doesn't sync all my purchased classes on all of the studios I go to. I thought I lost my classes but it just doesn't reflect/sync on the app. I hope the desktop website is mobile friendly so I have a better alternative to book a class when I'm on my phone. This is inconsistent. I also reached out to their customer service didn't help.

I clicked the "confirm now" link for an appointment with my acupuncturist. The link was in a private email from them. This app popped up and said this was the way that my acupuncturists took payment and kept appointments. As soon as I downloaded it, it said that my acupuncturists actually didn't use their services but they would keep my info and let me know if they started. Told my acupuncturists about it and they were furious.

I like the way it works, it's easy to use, pay for, and schedule the classes, however, when i receive a confirmation email for a payment, it comes from a business that i haven't been to in years! Then it says the name of the actual business I'm paying the money to, but it's really weird! Fix this please! !

Can't even sign in. This app is so clunky and unpredictable in its performance. It's so bad that it drives me to book with another provider, even though I love the business I'm trying to book with. I wish they would stop using this app, it creates a barrier to their customers.

It doesn't work. Already had a Mindbody account and tried to log in with it. It didn't recognise my account and made a new one for me instead. Please fix this issue - I'll give it 5 once it finally recognises my account!

The app thinks both clients and employees are in business mode so if you have permission settings that apply to clients on a desktop, they wont apply to the app if your employees have the permission. I dont want clients to have the same permissions as employees! This is a problem theyve been aware of for a while. Customer service has gotten worse and monthly rates going up frequently! Look for other options and beware of getting started with MBO! ...***UPDATE*** after response by Mindbody: My statement was again confirmed by Mindbody's customer service. This issue is NOT occuring in the MBO Express app.

I love it because I can add classes to all studios I attend easily, but sometimes I get so frustrated because it's got so many bugs. Like today: it kicked me out and won't recognize my email anymore. At some point I hope it lets me log back in

The people called my establishment from this app advertising their services. When I told them I wasn't interested they went to my shops facebook page and gave it a negative review. Very unprofessional and thinking about suing for libal.

This a nice, pretty app when it works. I tried everything I found on the website & talke to support about syncing my account. Same email for both, no dice. I bought my first class within the app- awesome, added it my new class to my google calendar, notifications, the works. However, they don't accept coupons through the app. My studio was offering 50% off a class package, now all of those available classes are saved to the account on the site. I can't access them through the app or even see my classes.

I've been trying to log in for the last 5 hours to check my classes and cancel some of today. I am still not able to log in. It keeps saying "whoops something went wrong. Try again after a few minutes". It's been 5 hours so far

Wish it wasn't so hard to change the location settings. Wish you just had the option in the settings menu so we didn't have to go through the trouble of uninstalling and reinstalling as previously stated below, just so we can have some privacy when we want to. Thst makes me feel that something's not right when something that should be simple, is such a pain in the bum. Would have given you 5 stars otherwise but think the fitness, wellbeing and beauty headings are a bit restrictive when looking for a place that revolves around a mix of things for young children like sensory play, yoga and music.

Mind and body login has always been a poorly thought out part of their software. You're trapped and have to use their software because they have a monopoly, but really what a complete pain. Garbage.

The app worked fine until this week. Even though I have an unlimited 6mth pass for my gym, it won't let me book any classes unless I pay again, which makes the app completely useless to me.

Worst app ever. Separate login for each service you use. Only can use one with app - says password is wrong if you use correct password (from another login you have with the same email) - emailed you, still terrible until this is gone

I would give 5 stars if I could flag or express interest in a class without having to book the class. I don't like having to go through and book a bunch of classes so I get reminders about them. Would be nice to flag the class and get a reminder if class is booking up or a day before so I'll know if it works with my schedule.

This app is super easy to use and very helpful! The only complaint I have is when I try to upload a photo of myself, it doesn't work.

Won't let me use my passes I've bought. Prompts me to pay for classes individually when I have tons of passes available for my gym. Logs me out and won't let me log back in for days at a time.

I love this app! Helps me keep up with my gym class scheduling and my Fitbit connects to it so I know what I'm burning in every class!

I liked this app, but the latest update is so buggy! Keeps logging me out and freezing.

The app is fantastic. I'd really like to be able to control home screen though, and being able to connect google fit would be nice.

Just in day two in using this app and now I'm not able to log in to book my classes..

I've been trying to create an account for 2 days and it will not let me. If I try using my email it says network error. If I try with Facebook it freezes

Love the convenience of booking classes. Would love it more it the information copied into calendar are less long. I already know what I'm signing up for, I don't need the description filling my phone too. Also, the address and contact information to the studios aren't copied to calendar.

Great way to keep track of my workout classes. Love that it syncs with my fitbit, and checks me in when I walk in the studio. Great app!

Helpful app, would give 5 stars if I didn't need a separate login for website and app.
