Milkbasket

I had been procuring daily groceries from them from past 9 months and the deliveries have been very smooth. Until now, when I received a call from them saying that they don't have deliveries to my area and they have been doing it wrong!! They suspended the account though refund has been received!!

The best thing about this app is that there is no delivery charges and minimum order. I was waiting for such a good delivery service.

I agree that's is very tough to get in touch with them for refunds for missing/ bad quality items...i called them 5 times with no response !

Amazing service, I haven't witnessed something like this. This is magical.

Only problem is with some upgrades it asks when on wifi. Which seem unnecessary

Delivery timing is Good. But at times they miss delivering the products and don't refund on their own. That may result in extra charging.. They need to put a systematic mechanism around. I am sure they can improve on this quickly

Though I am happy with the service of the mill basket but I ordered ready to cook rajma from smartrasoi using MilkBasket. My whole family including my mother and father got food poisoning after eating it. we suffered a lot and complained MilkBasket but they are still selling contaminated products.. My suggestion is to never order these below par quality products if you love your and your family's health .We went through miserable days.

Love the convenience factor, just order throughout the day and get it delivered next morning. Some times things go wrong but that's once in a blue moon so all in all works just fine for my needs.

The milk that was delivered to me was expired... When I asked for refund I dint received any follow up from their end..

Terrible experience for me. No delivery even 60 mins after promised time. Service team has no clue where the order is.

Remove the message box icon from bottom right. It obstructs the total of the product ordered. Wrongly positioned.

Now you can get much more before you wake up every morning

Just return of products is not smooth or looks like doesn't exists right now. Though enjoy the timely delivery every day. Such an ease in life.

Very good in timely delivery but sometime delivered very late .today their phone no 91448822 was not reachable to enquire for no delivery till 8 am nor they replied to my query on mail

Firstly I don't understand their delivery pattern. They deliver in a location so close to me but not at my place, which is at a paush location. Secondly they just don't reply to messages. Why would someone open a chat feature when nobody responds on it. I keep getting notification to fill my basket for the order. Who, in their sane mind would send a notification everyday to a person whose need they can't cater. Absolutely no sense of UI in the app. They just won't reply even after repeated reminders

You order 5 minutes before midnight and your order appears outside your door before 7 am the next day! No follow ups, no hassles. Loved it!!

Doorstep service early I'm the morning ....1 star less as there is no option of getting your money back in case you don't want to order in future...add that option for the last star

Some sectors of gurgaon are not listed in it..like sector 46, 34 etc..please see to it

I couldn't find any area in bangalore. Utter useless app. I don't how all these Crap come into play store.

Almost all items are available here. Service and quality of items are awesome. Don't need to bother about my daily needs as I can schedule everything from Milk Basket at my own convenience. Thank you Milk Basket team for this awesome shopping experience. Keep up the good work.

The app delivers to the society just 5 meters from my society but doesn't do on my society.this is very strange..that is why giving 1 star..start delivering to my society and will taste it as 5 star

There are 5mins left for 12 in the night and suddenly you remember something that you need urgently for your child or the household the very next morning, which you totally forgot....that's when MilkBasket steps in...as a life saver!! Big thank you!!

Service is Great. No doubt about it. My concern is the app. The back button in the phone (bottom right on phone) will ask you to exit the app rather than taking you to the previous page. Need to manually click on the top left arrow on the screen to go back to main menu. I other apps works i use bottom left button and then cancel the popup which is asking for confirmation to quit app and then use top left button to go to main menu. Please fix this.
