I've been waiting over a month for a dress I suspect will never come. Return policy states you have to do the return within 14 days of it shipping from China, but I didn't even have it at that point to be able to do the return. 100% scam. Do Not Waste your hard earned dollars!!

Go to check out and pay but it crashes and closes.

100% fraud.. cheap clothing they passed as something much more expensive. In fact their description of the item was completely wrong. Avoid this app and its products

Item very poor quality and customer services virtually non existent. Still waiting for permission to return item and receive refund.

The Customer Service reps are the worse with communication. Site/app not user friendly. Still have gotten no update on my costume which sucks been waiting an whole month for my order and still nothing???!!! But yet they will send AR's over Googleplay convos??? Make no sense? Use the site/app u have built before making other commitments.

THIS OUTFIT IS A SCAM. They sell you one thing but deliver something that looks nothing like what you'd ordered. Good luck getting your money back. They claim they never received the return even with the tracking slip. I am out of the product and the money. Stay away from this scam operation.

It's a scam they refused to exchange and then didn't even want to r3fund me the full amount when there's a size difference and it states on there policy if there is they will do a full exchange or refund ... they told me to pay for shipping and not even get a full refund and told me instead to sell it to someone else ... please don't order from here I'm going to see if there's anyway of reporting them and getting them removed ... worst customer service and there call help center doesn't work fyi

Absolutely horrendous. Bought a leather jacket and it didn't fit, I was never warned they shipped from China, but the RMA DOES NOT WORK. I have tried multiple times and submission always fails. $72 wasted. Paid extra for two day shipping -- last Tuesday. Just got it today. Been freezing my ass off for the first two days of school.

Since the new update, I can not login to my account via Facebook. So annoying. I'd also like to add that this app sells clothing from CHINA. So do take in consideration that your orders will take a while and to always order a size or 2 up. Their measurements are not the same in every country.

Received a defective coat with button holes too small to accommodate the buttons. Requested full refund, and they respond: "Hi,I am sorry for that, Can you please sew that a little smaller? Thanks". What the heck?

Whats most garbage about this site is that when you use the sizing charts (and believe me they're inaccurate) you get an item that doesnt fit and when you try to return they want you to PAY for shipping (mildly understandible) AND they want you to pay for 20% of the item as a "restocking charge"... For the item I initially bought... (leather jacket) thats basically like paying for the damn coat twice.... Their customer service is garbage and there responses are slow... I had to send essentially 4 initial consultation questions about exchanging it to even get a response.. Then the other responses for my other questions were essentially just cut and paste answers they have.... Im really rethinking of purchasing anything else from these people...

Worst customer service ever. My wife ordered from the site using their sizing charts. The clothes didn't even come close to fitting. The skirt she ordered using the sizing chart was so small she couldn't even get it on and the matching top was so big it also could not be worn. She contacted customer service and they will not rma the merchandise or offer a refund or store credit. So she is stuck with brand new cloths that no human could possibly wear. She will never use this site again and I recommend that future buyers beware the clothing charts are not close to actual sizes and the customer service is very very poor.

Worst app... The customer care ppl doesn't even reply l. I made an order online to India. This shipment is on hold at Bangalore. If I ask the reason this ppl are not even responding. Worst ppl it's a fraud. Don't try to order.

Alwfullcustomer service. My order been in processing for week. So if you order something it will probably take you 2 or 3 weeks to get it. They give you no tracking number. Once i get my order this app. will be deleted.

I honestly don't get why so many people have rated them 1 star... I have ordered from Milanoo many times and have always loved what I got (and my order has always been really large... Haha). It isn't a scan and people need to stop posting false statements like that. Shipping does take a while (typically around a month but occasionally longer), but they say that if you look at the shipping info. It's not like they are sending clothing that is already made, packaged, and located in the USA. Also, I've used customer service before with them as well and they have always been very helpful and courteous (an item I bought went out of stock once). Additionally, they have a loyalty program. I'm currently a silver member ????

I have not recieved my order. Its been almost a month. I wanted my dress.for when i go on vacation. Theres not even a number to call on here. If this is a scam im going to be tremendously upset.

Terrible do not use!!! No response about my order! No number to call!! But after reading other reviews seems to be the norm with this company, if you can call them that!! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!

Terrible experience with thiscompany. I wish I had never used this app to buy clothes because theclothes were horrible. They smelled like roach spray they felt weird and thequality of thefabric was horrible! They also looked nothing like thepictures. After almost a month of debating with milanoo they only offered 40% back thenI went to PayPal and they ruled in my favor but I had to pay shipping which was 120....so I went to my bank and bank denied theclaim saying I had to work it out with the company. So long story short don't buy from here. Under any circumstances. For real Google play should really remove this app for good. They are a scam and robbing Americans. They are up to no good.

I paid extra 2 weeks ago to get a coat for a special occassion and I still havent recieved it. I have followed procedures ,left messages, with no return communication. Be very, very careful with this site. I wont be ordering anything from tbis site again. Wish site, gets your stuff to you fadter.

The jacket I bought was a medium was a size to small and the shipping took forever, I'd like to exchange it for a large. I tried applying for and RMA or RMS and it wouldn't let me

Clothing ordered was at least 10 sizes too small, completely see through, and was not able to return or exchange. Customer service was terrible. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING!!!

So I downloaded it and there is no shipping information until you order something. So to find out what shipping cost I tried ordering something cheap but it says theres an error and to report a bug but I can't find a way of contacting them without putting an order through.

No mens shoes in 11 or 12, sorry for being 6ft2 and white. Clearly and app for short people.

Didn't receive money back after refund. Haven't answered my emails.

Horrible customer service, incorrect listings of color,size and cut. 30 days to get your order and you want to return it ha ha ha . I've contacted the bbb maybe they can put a stop to this scam.
