SPC - Music Drum Pad for Android
I have been using it for a year and a half now, and it still astounds me. I have it on lower latency so the samples play a little out of tune which means you have to manually tune them by ear. Musicians and producers who can play or arrange by ear this is a tool that would be a mistake not to own. I've loaded serious samples into this app and can get super clean recordings from within the app itself and into a external recorder via 1/4 to dual rca to tape in on a mixer. It's simple to understand and can get to working immediately as a studio tool or a live performance tool.
I thought you were i n jail or dead. It's about time you came with an up grade. Better late than never
I'm the vicar of a church every time I try to do June with my own samples I get death metal please help my church is rocking
Best sound/music editing software without overloading processor. 5*.
Very good app. Great for making your own tunes
Awesome !
Its awesome
Been using spc for a few years still pick this app over others in it's price & option range. I'm a Metal head at heart but love all genres of music and I have blast creating with this app ...try it you never know till you do.
Continues to not work on Nexus 6. Updated December 7, 2015
I <3 This thing. Paired with other apps, loops, wav files, this thing is a little beast. Very basic effects processor but effective none the less. I use this on a tablet so the work flow is easy i wouldn't reccomend this for a phone. No Midi which is ok because it makes you work within limitations and makes the production process more fun and less like a DAW. For an app this thing lets your track and samples breathe like a old school groove box or mpc.
Really good bought the full version. Need help on a crash report tho. Worth buying. Can access files on SD card so I have a ton of samples.
I'm calling this one abandonware. It was a great app till I upgraded to a Note 5. Don't buy if you have a recent phone.
Used to be Awesome. No Marshmallow support? App immediately crashes upon start. Non-rooted, Moto X Pure, 6.0

First of all, it is a great app where you can create some nice groove. But it will not read my samples from external SD card! I know kitkat blocks sd card access but my device is rooted! At least grant SD card access to rooted devices please!
Obsolete abandon ware.....Jbinyard@gmail after my upgrade to the latest android OS it will not open anymore
It's cool but i can't acces my sd card were i have some loops i would like to try.Is there any solution or i just have to copy all to my phones storage where the app is?
G3+GNote 4. Could do with a sequencer for recordings and some tweaks for smoother transitions for bass frequencies from pad to pad, otherwise great.
Great features i purchased it and well worth the little i paid for it.
Been blasting out tracks with this for a while now awesome bit of kit
Worth every cent and worth taking the time to really learn it properly
Easy to use,record and share
Awesome
I paid for nothing. Doesn't even open
Nexus 7 I'm liking it so far, it seems like the right the right app for what I want. A bit of a run-around getting my samples to load up, but now that they do I'm gonna be chargin' full tilt!!
There are just a few small hangups when it comes to syncing beats and other user files, the price tag could be a little better , still a great music production necessity for android users
Continues to not work on Nexus 6.
I cannot upload my own samples or vocals :( Also have problems saving my efforts from stock sound! Other than that it's okay so far. (I HAVE FULL VERSION ) Galaxy S5 using lollipop.
That is wonderful I'm can only only hope they come out witlhupdated version with more features
Was an awesome app on Note 4 ,got the Note 5 now it crashes when you try opening!! I paid for this and can't use it!
Awesome
Hi everyone out there... This app its awesome so far ... I'm actually having some issues with the app these days .. I installed the app into my lenovo idea tablet and sometimes the screen gets frozen and there's no Chance to make it work until I restart the tablet ... How can I get some help with this issue? ... Thanks
It's a great software, but now not working anymore for me...
Just got a Nexus 6 and the app crashes at launch. When it worked, I would have given it a 3.5 if possible.
Obsolete.....Jbinyard@gmail after my upgrade to the latest android OS it will not open anymore

This is an amazing app for the price. I think the main issue for negative feedback is some want a full fledge studio on a small device. Not going to happen. I mix digital and analog together to open up limits for great apps like this. Is there any sound packs or patches out there for this?
I've come across a few apps both on iOS and Android that claim a lot but deliver little! This however does exactly what it says. Little bit of a trick to get my own samples in - bit of an RTFM moment! Would be nice to have a dedicated mixer page with sixteen slide faders and also mute and solo buttons.

.... and hands down the best music production, remixing, live looping, sample triggering, et al, app in all of android is the fact that u cannot hook up a simple pad controller like my vestax pad one or even an akai lpd8 to use with the app. if you all could add that functionality, it would be the high water mark, no doubt imo. that said, i still use it more than any other app on mobile platforms, but really there is no reason to not allow for midi pad controller mapping/integration....
