About Hangboard Repeaters

This simple and easy to use workout app is for training finger strength for rock climbing and bouldering by doing hangboard intervals or “repeaters”. Hangboards and fingerboards are not recommended for beginner climbers.

Instructions:

-Be sure to be properly warmed-up before using the fingerboard. Laps first on boulder problems or routes is highly recommended.
-Starting with a set on the jug holds of the hangboard is also recommended.
-When hanging on a hold, fingers should be in a half-crimp position.
-The arms should be in a very slightly bent position, the muscles should be “engaged”.
-Hang from the hold on the hangboard for the number of seconds you entered.
-Pause for the number of seconds you entered.
-Repeat for the number of rounds you entered.
-Rest for the number of seconds you entered. At least 90 seconds is recommended.
-Repeat for the number of sets you entered.

Hangs entire phone when using back button to exit completed workouts screen.

I like it and use it quite some. One bug that annoys is that there is no sound on completion of the final hang on the last set. There should be a special sound when the whole excersice is complete.

It's ok but it lacks a lot of features. Main one is that counting should be down, not up (or at least to have that option). Also it would help if there is a warning sound before the count down is reached. Different sound for the rest period will help as well. I'd like focus in my position and the hanging instead of looking at the screen.

Exactly what it should do with no unnecessary overhead. Suggestions : sound a bit louder (hard to hear when music is running in parallel), countdown sound/indicator when rest is almost over
