Photo Resize for Android
Those that said they can't find it are idiots. Plain and simple. Ever heard of RTFM? When sharing an image to it that wouldn't print properly with printershare, changing to original size made the image print properly s with out it printershare was cutting off the margins. Thanks!
Doesn't even work. Not only do you have no explanation on where this goes when you get it, but it doesn't work. Select a size button doesn't work and just brings up the share menu...
Great, but the "share with" list I have had tons of apps to choose from, while my "edit" option only has 3. However if this method makes you app smaller and more reliable, that's fine. The app works very well and didn't fail.
Works great. This is a much better workflow than having to resize in another app, save, and then share the smaller file. Make sure your target app, like Hangouts, has permission to access your media (Android 6+) or else this will fail.
After resize, photo is renamed. The original name, containing date and time is lost! Very bad. Fix it for 5 stars.
I like the fact that I can reduce the image size as I share it and don't have to change my cameras settings so get to keep the high quality image.
Works fine, but after resize and going againg to share-it, I choose gmail, it opens a new email, as it should, but the attached and resized image appears rotated 90 degrees ccw. Cant find a way to fix it. Galaxy tab3 8".
Waste of time. Only can resize a single selection. Does not appear in share menu when you select more than 1 image.
Does not want install separate app just too quickly resize an image.
would be great if there is another shortcut for the "Attach Image" option in email apps. so it's possible to attach an resized photo when replying an email.
But it's not always practical.
Still don't know how to use this app.
bravo majstore dobra aplikacija. Kada bih barem mogao još odabrati više slika odjednom i poslati ih mailom
Verizon or Motorola seem to have disabled ability to make small or downsize photos without many manual steps. This app is so great; touch your photo, click share choose this ReSizeIt app, then the size, then share again and choose Gmail or other etc. One thing I notice is that on pix message, next time you want to send a Resized photo, the previous one is still there and requires 2 clicks to remove.
Simple to use. Very lightweight. The small resize option crops squares to a perfect 1000x1000 for Instagram.
Perfect intuitive way to resize pictures. Android should make this baseline. One thing tho. Not able to batch resize. Maybe more resize options but not necessary. Little more work and it will be more than prefect app. Thank you!
This is a great app, I don't have to open another app just to resize my photos. Needs gif support!
Works exactly as stated. Unfortunately, it doesn't work well for replying to an email. The resized image isn't created on your device, it's just added to your social media. In order to use the resized image for replies, I share the image via email, then download the attachment from my gmail draft. Now I have a file that I can attach to replies.
Resize before sharing is the very clever method that google should do it as built in. The resized picture is small and good quality. Only weak point that you have now is the batch files resize. Pls improve this features then you will always get 5 stars.
Does not work on my Sony Z5 Premium
This App works well to send a single image efficiently. It removes the additional steps required by other applications to manually save an image before manually attaching it to an image. However this application supports only 1 image at a time. When wanting to send an email with multiple photos I couldn't find an option to utilise this tool. This is my only reservation thus far about rating 5 stars.
I wished the author could offer a function for multi picture resizing
Great app but I wish it would copy the original photo's metadata at least for photo taken/created date.
This application was very useful. You should implement the customized resizing dimensions. Thank you!
The UI is nice, the window with target file sizes is great idea. But - just one image can be shared, - the file gets attached with a generic filename.
It was very annoying to send pics via sms messages only to have the message fail due to picture sizes. Thankfully this app adds an option to the share context menu which eases everything.
The interface is nice and simple, whereas many other similar apps aren't. But the fact that it can't handle multiple pictures is a deal-breaker for me. I'd also like to know what size in pixels the reduced sizes correspond to, and ideally be able to select this app when attaching photos from the Gmail app (like app "Reduce Photo Size").
Does not want install separate app just too quickly resize an image.
Does what it's supposed to an does it well.
I love it. Now I can shrink my own pics and share the with friends
Select the image in your gallery and share to this "resize" app, pick the size you want and share it to the final app. No settings and easy to use.
does not work on cherry mobile rave..
would be great if there is another shortcut for the "Attach Image" option in email apps. so it's possible to attach an resized photo when replying an email.
For all the users there, you must use the "Share" button on your browser to be able to find the app .It works like a plugin. It's just so simple. :-D
Stupid
I cant resize multiple files at once. Otherwise nice app
Share a high-res picture? Look no further
I can't open this up. Sucks.
Installed it but can't find the effin app anywhere in my phone. Where the hell is it???

Does exactly what it says on the tin: adds a 'Resize' button to the Share interface, and then shares that compressed version with any app of your choice. If I could give a thousand reviews for a thousand dollars, I might think about it. ;)
