Locale storico situato nel cuore della "movida" biellese.
Probabilmente il più longevo dei locali notturni tuttora in attività.
Nasce nei primissimi anni '90 per giungere ai giorni nostri, dopo alcune gestioni che pur susseguendosi hanno sempre fatto spiccare e reso noto Caffè Galileo per la qualità del prodotto nella sua globalità.

Caffè Galileo tra i locali di tendenza del nuovo millennio viene guidato da Patrick Scoleri e Simone Raisi, coordinati dal direttore artistico Alessandro Tropeano, sempre alla ricerca di novità, spinti da grande passione e dall'affetto dimostrato da parte dell'affezionata clientela, si propone di dare un'assoluta qualità nella preparazione dei cocktail, della selezione musicale, dove la parola d'ordine è farti divertire facendoti sentire come a casa e facendoti diventare parte della famiglia Galileo.
