I have had them repeatedly cancel orders if using the app but doing the exact same subs on a computer seen to work. And when finally getting through on customer service, we were met with 'that's weird, just don't use the app then.' Instead of telling me to not use your product a specific way, perhaps fix the issues as it appears A LOT of people are having the same issues with the app.

I love this store. They have everything. However trying to get them to ship items that are available and posted as ready to ship seems impossible. Grass grows faster.

App is great but have to back out a few times for the complete list of comics or, what have you, to load properly. Plus having issues with shipments but that is not the apps fault.

App is decent but does not allow my card info and has no paypal option. I keep removing and reinstalling as the customer service rep said and still not allowing my card to be used. It works fine through paypal from a computer just not on the app. On a quality of their comics...well I spend a lot on their store and that is about to come to an end. Their idea of near mint is off. Over half of a $200 order and most of the spines have creases in them and dimples all over the covers. Not the first time either

It need a major ui update looks like it was just transferred over from Apple. Also app keep crashing and notification aren't working on my note 5 . Like said in the title does what it meant to when it's not crashing

All good except when you tap the events button it will crash. Try it yourself :D

App is useless as one can't login with their Facebook/Google+ accounts. As one who used his Google+ account on the website this means I can't utilize the app for my account.

I wish you guys would restock out of stock items. There are some issues I need.

App gets stuck and will not continue scrolling down in the new release comics

The app processes very slow...Eventually crashes. Rather order on my laptop.

I can't seem to add items to my wish list. Still a great app and a must have for comic book fans.

The app is awesome. It gives you the option to do almost anything you would do in a physical local comic shop. My only gripe with the app, is that it doesn't show how to add books to your wish list with your account ( at least on my LG G Stylo). Besides that kinda like a virtual comicshop in a app. :)

When placing orders, it won't let you proceed to checkout without first selecting a shipping schedule. But the options are not listed, leaving you unable to make any purchases. (SOMETIMES you can get around this by not logging in before going to checkout). When I am able to get past the shipping schedule, 8/10 times the app freezes when I try and select a shipping address or shipping method ( I get a "server error" message) and again cannot complete a transaction. They sent me a damaged issue, which took like a month to get here, then I contact them requesting that they ship the item ASAP and I will ship the book back. But apparently when one of their incompetent workers mess up, they said I have to wait for an empty envelope, then ship the old book back and then they will ship the undamaged book to me, and I told them that I have no problem shipping the damaged book but I need mine shipped asap, all I GOT WAS RUDE REPLY, IGNORANT CUSTOMER SERVICE, PLEASE STAY AWAY.

Even though this is a pretty good app with good prices "always having sales" this app is kinda confusing, as it has no wish list tab/button! I am able to view the wish list page but no button to add to wish list. Fix this issue I will give a 5

I LOVE MIDTOWN COMICS!!! The app to buy from them is severely lacking, mainly in the search department, it will not look for older comics, only the newer ones. Other then that They either already have, or can get the comics i want. I have never stepped foot into any of their buildings, i buy them all over the internet (cause i live in the state of Washington). The app needs help, but the website is just fine

The app works pretty well, sometimes the searches get a little screwy, but otherwise works fine...right up to when I check out, for some reason every time I try to make a purchase on the app it says my credit card was declined. All my info is saved to my account and works fine on the actual site, really strange and unfortunate.

This is a great app but it needs to be updated ... I would purchase off of this site every wedsneday if it didn't crash all the darn time !

It's not really useful for back issues. It's great for current comics but those aren't my thing.

The wishlist option doesnt work though. :/

On the site I log in threw Google on the app I cant. When I enter my password and email of course it's wrong. Just make it so I can log in with Google like on the site

I would rate this app much higher if I could actually make a purchase with it. I decided to try the app because there is a 20% discount given to first time users. Only problem is when I go to check out it declines my card. I've contacted customer support but have only received an acknowledgement of the problem so far. If this can be remedied I will update my rating.

A decent app with some annoying bugs. Either needs an update or debug. Besides that, it's actually very helpful.

I created my account online using the sign in with Google button. There is no such button in the app, and my Google creds don't work.

The app doesn't allow me to place orders, and the entire week's listings dont always load. I also think they should accept PayPal through the app just like through the website.

Crashes almost every time I open it up or relog into the app, but I love midtown comics and the sweet deals and pricing so I'll still give it 3 stars. If not for alllll the crashes I'd give it 5/5
