Half the time won't show withdrawals and causes overdraft fees. Won't show payments alot. Makes you think you have money when you dont.

It keeps freezing up and kicking me out. It makes me have to make a new password every 5 weeks or so. I can't wait until I just quit doing business with this place all together.

Hardly ever works. I have reset it so many times. Deleted the App, reinstalled it. Called customer service about it. I want to access my account without stress. Fix this App or I'll be forced to use another financial institution that has an amazing App.

The app never loads!! Tried deleting and downloading it again and nothing works!! Any time I want to access my account I have to do it through chrome so there's no point in even having the app downlaoded!!

My account was over drawn and I called and talk to them and they said the app is never accurate!,

It only works about half the time

Takes long to load. Most of the time it either doesn't load at all or it force closes

I have never had a problem with this app. I really like the mobile deposit capability.

Stupid

The app loads half the time and it keeps saying please wait signing in. Then it stops signing in so I try it again and it says an error has occurred. Thus app sucks the one before I had no problems with.

Mobile deposited an insurance check. Fairly large it accepted it. Checked the next day says withdrawl no explanation, call and it is on hold for 14 days! Other banks tell you that online , it is the same on the website.Then a couple of weeks ago i had a check that would not be accepted, took it to the bank, fine, it told me that time . Yesterday entered one accepted it then today i see it is being declined picture not clear...take it to the bank too because today malwarebytes say android Trojan/MTK.G...

The new update runs slower and stops working. It also erases my user name most of the time. The lay out is pretty much the same.

Downloaded new version on 3/31/2016 avira scans say it contains malware android trojan MTK.F.Gen uninstall reinstall 4/1 same scan results.

has all kind of stall since the update. always error out and WHAT'S THE PROBLEM WITH TEXTING!

Since the update, it won't even let me log in. The app before worked just fine!

I can't update your phone to the current number. I have done this twice, but it keeps going back to our previous phone number.

I understand for a more secure system... but this app is bloated...

The app use to be so great I use to love it but now since the update I can not even get into the app its horrible I cant use it..dont try to fix wats not broken

Since i updated this 5 minutes ago, i created my new password like i was asked and when i try to log in now it tells me incorrect password. Cant log in unless i get new security code and create another new password.

I tried to log back in. The app wouldn't accept the new password or allow me to change it without calling the bank.

It was great before and now it won't even load please fix

App sucks. Older mobile app was straight forward, easily accessed and functional. New app will not load properly, does not recognize ANY of my information even with multiple re-dos.

I loved the simplicity of the old app the new app is confusing difficult to navigate. If it ain't broke don't fixit

Last update killed it. Not to mention the hassle of calling the credit union to reset your password AGAIN. Stop updating until your update is glitch free! Please

The app doesn't automatically log you in. Now I'm locked out of my account, need to fix this, IMMEDIATLEY.
