I have used the app and web banking very successfully for several years. I use it regularly and have only had two minor issues. What a joke of a bank. A teacher's bank that doesn't do anything for their teachers. It's not user friendly as far as a bank app. A fee for everything if your low income. This was a necessary move to prove to the family why we don't actually need to go into a bank branch. We made it 2 months before the evidence was overwhelming. Good thing I keep USAA open. Do t take my word for it. Try them for yourself.

App logs you out after trying to set up a transfer. Completely useless. Costumer support states they have no technical issues with app though

THIS APP IS TRASH. When are you going to do some upgrades??? Its so out of date, and you can't even fix your login screen! A ONE TIME confirmation to my phone has turned into SIXTY TIMES.

Multi-functional for what needs done. The only thing I wish they did was give a fingerprint authorization instead of the text code. Would make it much faster for login.

I'm unable to log in been using this app for closet to four years and all of a sudden it doesn't work.

Everytime I login, the app says it doesn't recognize my device (even though it's the only device I use and for a year+) and requires me to get verification texted or emailed, it's so annoying doing this every.single.time. And now latley the app is saying I'm entering the wrong password WHEN I LITERALLY JUST ENTERED THE SAME CORRECT PASSWORD 15 SECONDS EARLIER! I haven't changed the password in years!! Ugh.

I love this app. It's easy and very accessible. However, it seems to never remember my phone, and I am always having to get a code sent to me to access my account.

The app is functional, and I can eventually accomplish just about anything I need to. However, I am constantly having to confirm my identity because my device is not recognized. Also, the interface could use a major overhaul for ease of use.

Unable to use mobile deposit. Take a picture of the check, then it automatically logs out of the app. Please fix!

Whenever I use the mobile deposit function, after taking a picture of the front or back, I'm sent back to the front login screen and have to try over again. I just had to run through this process 6 times. Please fix this!! Once this is fixed, I will give this app 5/5.

A very convenient app to have, and I use it very often. Suddenly it has started telling me that my device is not recognized. This is the only device I have ever used with this app. Multiple text message verification codes per day are getting extremely tiresome.

Galaxy S6 edge+; loads app operational but use of phone hard/soft keys would be appreciated. Having to b use the apps buttons to navigate back to previous page is prehistoric. App freezes often and many times will not respond to button presses. One day I hit back over 30 times just to move to the previous screen. Not cool. Anyhow I can check my balance which really is what I care most about so whatever.

Don't bother downloading. Doesn't work and hasn't worked in month! ****11/25/15 update: still cant log in and use! ***Since the update I can't use this app. Same problem as others have already mentioned. Can't make a payment. Freezes up.it won't let you select a date.

Ever since they changed the security setting almost every time they require a text message be sent to your phone with a code, before you can access your account. It is ok once in awhile but every other log in is rediculus. Please make adjustments.

Overall this app does everything that I would otherwise have to go online for. The only, current, issue is that mobile deposit is not functional on the Galaxy S5, every time that I take a picture I get sent back to the login screen. Please fix.

I'm giving 3 stars only because I know the app is capable of working. However for the past month I have had more freeze ups, misdirections, cache clearing, reinstalls and failed operations than anyone wants to tolerate. Their IT help has never returned a call.

Every time I sign on with the update I have to send myself a texts to get a pin to sign in. Once should be good enough for the same device, not every time

It's an Ok app. I've had this app a long time and never really experienced anything really bad until recently. It's always had flaws but it was stuff that was easy to deal with. But now EVERY SINGLE TIME I log in it says it doesn't not my device and they need to send me a confirmation text or email worth a code to put in to log in. I have not changed my phone or phone number and it does this every time. This needs to be fixed or the app is .useless.

I sign in and it tells me I need to update. It makes me re-sign into Google to get the update. It then has my phone model whited out to where I can't select it, telling me I already have this app. Uninstalled it and it does the same thing. This app has been working fine for me for YEARS.
