Amazing, I can reboot my modem and router from the app. Also the best part is I can schedule tech support to call me! No more waiting on hold :)

Downloaded the application so I was able to make payments easier but it still transfers you to the website. Complete waste of space on my phone. In addition, why in the world doesn't the automated system allow you to make a payment?
This app serves no purpose! Why would they leave out the option to pay within the app? I would rather just keep logging through my browser.
Can't say, i don't remember my login or anything, the forgot user name doesn't work on the mobile app

Don't even have an in app pay. As much money as they charge for services you'd think they would have a working app. Waste of time and space. Smdh
I love your cable company I would not switch to no one else. Midco you are number 1 in my book and my roommates book also.
Need a secure pay option within the App ,NOT a link to browser online pay. Otherwise why not just log-in online in the first place.. Rendered useless for now. I have a bookmark takes me there faster then your app
I've had to reset my password 3 times. I know I have my username right, I get an email for the password reset. Once reset I try again and username and password incorrect. Help please.
It does not work with Business accounts.
A lot of things you try to do still just open the browser to bring you to the Web page. You can't actually make a payment through the app, it will just being you to that page on the website. Same thing with viewing statements. It's not awful, because it's nice to have everything in one spot, but it would be nice to see things actually contained in the app.

AND none of the billing dates or amount owed is ever correct, in the preview within the app, click then goes to site ,shows bill different amount due, and different DATE,, Y has it been yrs and still no fixes LAME
