I have Galaxy S3. Constantly relaunching when a) I try to get badge, b) I click on settings, c) I click home button on my phone. I have to end Usher in task manager for it to stop.

An email address needs to retrieve the badge, even it is already registered in Microstrategy. Usher needs to have personal email id to issue the badge details. Hope it helps it worked for me.

I installed this to attend an event which required it. On the day having the app in the background my phone heated up and battery drained 50% in the space of 3 hours. I removed the app.

Installed Usher but unable to get the Badge... and when I try to ask for a Badge it doesnt work at all. Not sure why it behaves so. I have a Moto G 3rd generation phone.

Why does the app loose the order of the keys for which i have created shortcuts?! On android, since Bluetooth does not work, i rely on the imported keys. It is very annoying to see the keys being all out of order, plus reordering them is too cumbersome. Also, this needs an option to disable usage of location services.

Brilliant for building access and such, but the we reader often misfires... Could be implementation on the website, but it's nevertheless frustrating...
