The Company Portal provides access to corporate apps and resources from almost any network. Your company must already subscribe to Microsoft Intune, and your IT admin must set up your account before you can use this app.

Works as designed. Some flaws, like the new planner app does t recognize the intune environment but I'm sure it will be worked out eventually. Constant updates and active support is a major plus. I wonder when Skype for business will be fully (calls and video, not just chat) supported.

Selective wipe fails on Google Pixel or 7.1.1 devices, even on the official Outlook app. Office365 support says it's not a feature despite their support and product pages saying the opposite. I have screenshot to prove selective wipe fails despite success message displayed​ on device.

Very frustrating process. I had it working successfully 8 months ago. To activate at that time it took 3 hours between myself and our I.T. department. Should not be that difficult. This weekend I had an Android software upgrade. The InTune app stopped work with my company portal this morning. I'm 2 hours into trying to resolve again without success.

Used to work, but having some issues now. Contacted support and found other MS app authenticator was preventing device registration via this app. MS app TO DO, is not aware of this app being installed yet demands it be used. This app still keeps asking to login all the time, and seems my emails may or may not work all the time. Looks like Microsoft needs to do a meet and greet between the various development teams.

Unusable since last update. I can only echo what the most recent posters are saying. I will update this review with a higher rating if/when I can access my corpnet again. Until then, I would recommend OWA if you need access to Outlook email/calendar/etc. Update: I am in direct contact with the developer to resolve this. +1 star

Why does forcefully want to know the contacts on my device? This is my own phone. Not the company. Also. Everytime I get an email via Outlook app. I have to type the password every single time... Wanting to know if I can use Outlook without this app.

Updated: After getting the response from Microsoft and contacted Huawei for this issue. Less than a month later, they did indeed publish an update to their OS and my issue is resolved. Thank you Microsoft & Huawei. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Today, this does not support Huawei. Which is really bad as I unable to access my work emails, calednar or contacts because Huawei doesn't allow full device encryption.

I can't remove it!!! It took full control of my device specially the security. Even when I received some steps to follow from Microsoft, it was not applicable. I cannot press "Force Stop", "Deactivate" or "Uninstall"

Wack. Even our IT took 2 weeks to work out how to use it! Nailed it Microsoft! And now I can't even uninstall it. The worst app I've ever experienced and a kid in a bedroom can do better

This app is horrible. Never have I had a successful first time phone upgrade when this app is installed. I get a new work phone and spend 2-3 days with IT support trying to get successful enrollment with the new phone.

Last update killed Outlook. Now in an endless loop of pick a device / authenticator and no access to my emails at all. Thank you so much. Don't ask me for feedback through the app i can't you've broken it.

Since the latest update I keep getting the sign in to company portal notifications about 4-5 Times a day.. What went wrong?

It's keeps for PIN authentication / verification at least one to two times every day. SMS option is not a valid option (maybe for some countries). Verification through call is working but cost a lot when on international roaming. Regards
