Microsoft Translator

I talked to YOUR PEOPLE @iste2017 and was told my idea was crazy why didn't anyone tell me about it? Furthermore, can anyone explain why it does not work? #notimpressed

I loved the app. I download some other apps related to translation but they were difficult and inconvenient to operate.

The Dutch translation on this app is TERRIBLE, over applies grammatical rules where its not needed. Google is much better for Dutch.

It has so much difference in translation...sometimes it doesnt detect language...and translates something else...so for me its average app...online google translator is much better

This app is good.had trouble figuring out how to translate a phrase..figured out you must hold in the field that says start typing. There are things about this app that I like better than Google translate but I have both

Excellent app!!! Loved it. Now i am easily learning hindi without anybody's help. And the most appreciation for this app is by taking a pic which contains english text it automatically translated to hindi, wow great it is. Microsoft had launched a great app once again.

Microsoft, please can you fix this application. STILL DOESN'T WORK WITH ANDROID WEAR!!!

If it's having difficulty recognizing your voice, you can at least type and it will translate them for you. However, the voice won't work offline.

Camera and voice features are good although when I say where it comes up with other words, I don't think my accent is particularly strong but it struggled with that a bit.

Better than Google translator. Though sometimes it messes up with the articles of Norwegian language.

This is a good app, with clean pronunciation, but it would vastly improved by allowing the user to hear the pronunciation of both the source and the target languages, not merely the target.

Can't get it to translate anything correctly even after installing the language packs.

This app dont change english to hindi properly. Plz do something that it makes proper hindi.

It helps when you are travelling abroad and you cannot speak local language.

May I know till when will you add Marathi Language....I am surprised its not yet includes.

I think it is easy to use. Not sure how good the camera coding part is. But nevertheless the translation in itself is good.

Good start, better than Windows app. Chinese voice recognition could be better. Cut and paste of text into document would be great addition

Well only had to use it once so far, but do plan making great use of it I'll keep you informed

Abit Funny Chinese To English Translate ！

I am unable to download Hindi data.

This is great I encounter different people with what I do daily an have to read in foriengn languages, this app is Superior for being able to understand them..6/30/17

For some reason the replace feature is gone, that's pretty much the highlight of the app, so now I'm sad

It doesn't translate anything correctly

Very good piece of software from Microsoft. Better than Google translate. Clean, intuative GU, linguistically superior in Spanish and Turkish too.

This is a great app, very helpful with translation and prononciation. I am learning French and I actively use this app for speech practice and corrections.

It translates better than google translate for image translating : faster and more accurate. But please add an option to change the font size of the translated sentences. The image font size is the same and I can clearly read whats in the image but when translated, the translated sentences font sizes are messed up. Some are big and some are small. I cant even read some of them because they are too small. When they are zoomed in, they become pixelized.

Very useful, the two way translation feature is cool. Only complaints are that the voice recognition is a little spotty like any other, and the download sizes for using it offline seem way too big even though they don't let you use voice translation offline. Overall, it's good at doing what it's supposed to do.

Best translator from English to Spanish I found. For several years I have been using Google translate. Using it for emails and messages were often met with a response of "que?" Basically "what?" Someone suggested this app and immediately several friends stated "wow, your Spanish has improved greatly. Are you talking about course?" To say the least I'm extremely happy with this app.

It's a pretty nifty application for translation. My only problem with it is that it bullies me with prompts whenever I change languages offline, even if both languages are downloaded.

This application is my best translator in my life Just use him see how Microsoft developers​is the best . All things is incredible. The clean design and she's very faster than others And think what ? The Microsoft translate she translate the txt without error like a Google translate I want to see for the developers of Microsoft you're the best ! Thanks for this application !
