Really hard to answer calls fast enough, & bluetooth headset doesn't work now. Audio burps in headset then goes to phone earpiece. Needs work!

S70%
by S####:

Microsoft clearly spends more time on fixing bugs rather giving user the features most craved for - Synchronisation across devices, message pop-up, ability to change font /size, calendar spreading days and not just for the day. This is enough for your developers to digest.

Nexus 6P on Nougat 7.1.2 (N2G47H) App needs a lot of work. Incoming calls will not wake from lock screen - phone will ring with Skype tone, but screen stays black and locked. After unlocking, there is no way to answer the call (not through the app, no pop-up notification, pull down alert option, etc). I had to turn on "simultaneous ring" to my cell# and sign out of the app to bypass. There is no cross-platform conversation syncing - eg. I can't start a conversation on my phone and continue it on my computer. There is no automatic conversation continuity. Each time I message a contact from a contacts list, a new conversation starts (same problem is the desktop version as well). You have to pour over your recent or archived conversations with nothing to go by other than member names and timestamps if you need info from an past conversation. You can pick up an old conversation, but only after you've actively found it.

by S####:

Dear Microsoft , Is this your best shot at creating a "business" communication app ? Notifications don't pop. I see messages only when I open the app. Utter nonsense.

H70%
by H####:

Another really frustrating Microsoft App. Why doesn't it sync across multiple devices. Why can't I see conversations now that were there yesterday. It is just really frustrating to use and so is the desktop version

S70%
by S####:

There are a hell lot of bugs. I had to reply to an important conversation but the reply section hanged itself and didn't open keyboard or allowed to do anything. I was unable to revert due to which I am being thought as irresponsible.

S70%
by S####:

Crashes upon opening. The app no longer works at all. Tried clearing cache and data and tried uninstalling and reinstalling. No luck.

S70%

Saving login Information works again but now it won't used it for exchange credentials even with the option on. Does it save it, no. So you have to enter in username and password twice each time.

There are a lot of bugs. With so many small messaging apps doing so well i dont see why a company like Microsoft is not able to do it.

Thank you for the app. Aesthetically it's nice, but I have two main issues: first, everytime I open the app I have to login again (despite having said to remember the login). Secondly, in the settings I can specify my phone number, but I don't see it! It's blank even I set it up several times. Could you please fix these issues?

E70%
by E####:

Worst instant messaging app I've ever used. Doesn't sync between desktop and mobile app, extremely cumbersome chat history (saved in a folder in Outlook, sorted by conversation time, not contact - so if you have multiple chats with the same person, you will have different history items for each chat). Only using it because my workplace decided to switch from Google to Microsoft because of die hard habits of our sales team)

A70%
by A####:

When it works, its good but not great. It never stays connected and in order to get connected you need to do some derivative of the Konami code with your device to get it log in and stay logged in. Assuming you can then actually use the app without it logging you out, unable to load the address book or properly handle a communications session, it does the job sufficiently. 1 star is the new 5 stars with Microsoft Android quality!

I hope, this review will reach till skype concerned team. Please guys if you can give Android to Android screen share, it will be very helpful and in market you will be the only one to provide this facility. I hope this will come soon. And will review saying lots of thankz...

S70%
by S####:

I can see notification of an incoming msg but when clicked, the conversation history shows blank. No sign of previous msg. Thats frustrating. Please resolve this and I might move up the rating.

N70%
by N####:

Password changed. Before I can update my profile this damn thing attempted to sign in multiple times, consequently locking me out of my account. Great design. Conversations across devices are also not consistently synced. Microsoft has given up.

S70%
by S####:

Skype for business has no way to change my password. My admin makes me change it every X number of weeks. Where can you change the password in this app???? When I click calendar it goes to my personal calendar rather then my outlook business calendar the Skype account is connected too. This is not the function I expected it to have. I do not sync my personal calendar with my work calendar. Lastly, where is the website and forums? Skype for home use cannot help me as the business app is completely different. -- you fixed the 1 minute inactive bug. I would add stars but the above is now in the way.

S70%
by S####:

This is the worst mobile messaging app ever. The whole SfB concept is a mess but the quality of this app is even worse. I cannot believe Microsoft does nothing about it. It's just a shame.
