About Microsoft Kaizala
Microsoft Kaizala is a new mobile app that makes it easy to communicate and get work done out in the field. With Kaizala, you have access to the tools you need to stay informed and be efficient. Kaizala makes it easy to get announcements from the main office, send feedback via polls or surveys, or simply chat with others 1:1 or in groups. Public groups let you send feedback or report issues to the organizations you want to connect with. Respond to task assignments with just a few taps and stay on top of your work by sorting the jobs assigned to you.
Kaizala’s unique location-awareness feature makes it easy to request location from others, send your geo-tagged location in one tap, or even take and send a picture with the location auto-tagged. It’s easy to see where everyone is to coordinate work effectively.
Manage your day effortlessly with Kaizala “Actions,” which enable you to accomplish common work scenarios while using a simple chat interface in a structured way. I am regular user having 12 groups of my organization having 1000 users. There are many issues, 1. Takes lot of RAM memory and slows down the device 2. Add features so that entire backup will be able to take with sub folders of each category in each group 3. Reply to doc, image, video not available, 4. Posting survey or other items to only selected people rather than everyone in group 5. Export of survey is not direct csv file, Pl improve this, 6. For some device with Android OS kaizala is not supported, 7. Web interface is required, 8. Forwarding to more than one users / groups is not available, 9. Delete for everyone features like what's app is not available, 10. Adding groups within group, disables members to chat Pl fix.. 11. Add all features of what's app in kaizala.

One more winner from MS. Some inputs - Can we have a web version to use on PC? While reassigning Jobs, can the assignment trail be visible? Will ask for more as we use it more. Notifications need a lot of work. Don't get notifications for comments. Can you add those? These are wish lists which will grow as we use this wonderful messaging service more and more. Thank you MS.
