BETA MIXER CREATE APP AGREEMENT
The following terms supplement any software license terms that accompany the beta Mixer Create app.
MICROSOFT SERVICES AGREEMENT. Use of this app requires you to sign-in with your Microsoft account. You acknowledge that you have agreed to the Microsoft Services Agreement https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/servicesagreement. The Microsoft Services Agreement applies to your use of this app.
MIXER TERMS OF SERVICE. Use of this app requires you to sign-in with your Mixer account. You acknowledge that you have agreed to the Mixer Terms of Service (available at https://mixer.com/about/tos). The Mixer Terms of Service applies to your use of this app.
FEEDBACK. If you give Microsoft feedback about the beta Mixer Create app, you give us, without charge, the right to use, share, and commercialize your feedback in any way and for any purpose. You also give to third parties, without charge, any patent rights needed for their products, technologies, and services to use or interface with any part of our software or services that include your feedback. You will not give feedback that is subject to a license that would require us to license our software or documentation to third-parties because we include your feedback in these materials. These feedback rights survive this agreement.
PRE-RELEASE SOFTWARE. The beta Mixer Create app provides you with pre-release versions of features/functionality that we may include in the Mixer Create app. The pre-release features/functionality of the beta Mixer Create app may not work properly or as well as similar features/functionality in the commercial version of this app. We may change any part of this app for the commercial version. Or, we may not release a commercial version.

I've been following this company since it's launch, and I really see it's potential. Just waiting for the ability to stream what's on the screen of my mobile device. Other than that, great app with really smooth comparability to my console and computer.

Ive been trying for 2 days to login with an already existing mixer account instead im staring at a loading screen and there was one time i got past the loading screen and i was able to type my login info into the prompt and guess what...after i hit login i got stuck st the laoding screen again. I did howver make a new mock account just to check out the app and what it has to offer and its quite nice...to bad i cant login with my account to even use it....

Why can I not use my Mixer login from the old Beam site. It makes me use a Microsoft account and then doesn't allow me to create an Xbox gamer tag as it gives me an unknown error.....

I think I'll be retiring Periscope for this as it does everything, at least almost, that I would use Periscope for! The only things I don't like about it is that there is no prompt to share my stream before starting it... and I'm still not quite onboard yet with the new name as Beam had a better ring to me. Hope FTL comes soon to this, and I shall start doing daily streams!
