Just entered a issue in our locality and app showed that the compliant immediately assigned to a officer. That's the only thing works in this app. The person who it was assigned to outrightly rejected and shunned the responsibility and mentioned that it does not belong in his department at all and asked us to complain to another department by going to their office. What the use of such a bad app if it can't even assign to the right person and no authorized workflow? Waste of time and much ado about nothing.
No Action at all on my earlier Complaints. Now unable Register a new one, the app is not working at all. The drainage in the 8th lane (Adjoining ICICI Bank) of Addagutta Society, Opp. JNTU, Pragatinagar Road, Kukatpally overflows frequently with foul smell and no action is being taken.
How to raise or complain regarding the issues that are not listed? An open topic should be there to facilitate new categories.
Need more transparency. Provide the correct contact number of responsible, accountable and authorized person who is supposed to resolve the complaint. This helps to directly follow up with the concerned person. Need option to escalate the complaint to higher level.
for transport bus shelter how can we give complaint, Give particular officers phone numbers, in hyderabad taking pic and putting that to your application is very difficult, by customer care you have to do.
Sir complaints raised in citizen next with regards to sewerage and water are beibg closed mentioning comments pertains to hmwssb. My question is if ghmc is not responsible for sewerage and water related issues then there is no need of providing the options
Should have use google map instead of bing maos to licate exact lication and adress.. its a armatured application...
It's been more than 6 months since I raised more than 10 complaints and no action on any complaints.
It's a nice idea but the UI could be improved. But the speed is the worst, my grandmother can run faster.

But the concerned authority disposed off saying that dat area brlongs to some other ward...correct it
I have gone through many complaint and its has been resolved with higher posibility with senior officer contact details at my register number - its a small app where its very userfriendly
The concept is prettty good. got a chance to see the type of issues that can be raised and it seems to help us to make our city a better city. Though it will be a tough time for teh officials to act on it. Awaiting its launch for Mumbai
Its a good idea and the app works decently but there is no action on the complaints from the concerned officials. App is of no use when the officials are not interested to do their job.
I never never saw such an immediate respons from anywhere but here i feel proud to say yes v r in digital hyderabad n v r change i heartly thanks to entire team of this responsiblity taken to serve better for citizens.
Worst app not able to submit the problem.when I am attaching image the app is crashing down.Didnt expect this from Microsoft.
Please kindly update the localities with door numbers properly, location mapping is not accurate.
Not use this app because toll free helpline number also not given this app and so slow and old version
Whenever i try to upload a photo from my Galaxy S5, the app is crashing. Please fix it.

Raised complaint one week ago, no resolution or update about the complaint.

cleaning roads may only work. remaining all will not come under ghmc jurisdiction as ghmc officer told.then why the app is given with the option traffic signal not working. also ghmc suggest me to go in person to nearby police station and give a complaint. hatsoff ghmc.thanks for free advice

I was very happy when I first heard about ghmc going digital. My happiness almost doubled when most of my complaints were resolved. Getting calls concerned team,followup and SMS tracking is excellent. But in recent times the app performance has come down. Frequent crashes and waiting for internet connection issues are downplaying the motive behind developing such a useful app. I hope this issues are fixed at the earliest
