Wedding Party

I used this app because it is connected to the site I'm using for all my other wedding planning and RSVPs, but I can't change the wedding cover pic or get any photos to upload! And all this after I've sent out invites telling guests to download the app! Seriously considering switching to an app that works. There's a lot of good ideas in the app, but that only counts if they actually work.

Originally loaded in January. Changed wedding date and deleted. Loaded again just recently as the wedding is in 31 days and now the app won't load my pictures, won't connect me to my fiancé and when I emailed to ask for help with these issues no one replied!! Guess I'll start looking for a better option as my guests and I deserve to be able to share pictures and make this a fun part of the wedding!

This app is really nice. I love the free downloads and that you can make groups of people to text them altogether. I wish there was a way to invite guests to an event instead of just hoping they check the app. It was also a little difficult for my fiance to figure out how to add himself as my fiance.

Don't get me wrong, this is a great app, except for the fact that it doesn't work on android tablet, the tab that's supposed to show events, registry and accommodations doesn't work and only shows events. None of the photos loaded up on the tablet. The web version doesn't work on initial sign up as a guest, as my guests have told me they couldn't fill in the questionnaires. Other than that, if you have no intention on bring your tablet and just your phone to the wedding, its a great app.

We used this app mainly so my elderly parents could enjoy our wedding. We only had a few days to set it up, as up to that point we thought they'd be there. It was so easy to use, and our guests really got into it, and now we have a wonderful record of our day

Awesome app, but for some reason we are not able to invite friends via sms. There are no 3rd party apps blocking the process either. Once we select 'invite guests via sms' there are just no contacts to select from. If this issue could be sorted out the rating would go up.

I have an Android tablet and phone and so does my fiancé. This app just stalls out if you try to upload a photo from any non-apple device. Don't bother making an Android app if it doesn't even work!

I just downloaded this app to try it out despite some of the bad reviews that I read and I can't even download my first 2 engagement photos! I really want it to work, I like the app features but if it can't be fixed then I'll switch. Please fix!

Gets stuck trying to upload a new cover photo. Didn't send the email invitation to my fiancee, despite trying to resend a couple of times. If you're looking for a wedding app, look elsewhere. Is this app even supported anymore?

UPDATE: I can now upload photos but it is still intermittent.** Was very much excited about the possibility of using this app to gather/share pictures in 1 place, however, the upload isn't working. Also, couldn't invite guests by email. Would love to give a higher score because it seems like a great tool for sharing information with guests, but I have found better options. Waiting for the app support team to help me.

Tried for a couple.of days to configure and test with my daughter for her upcoming wedding. Terrible unintuitive interface, rubbish user experience and can't upload photos. As so many have stated and I agree... it's pants please remove it. Don't waste your time. Ben R

Yah, your description of this app sounds too good to be true. I seriously tried hundred times uploading my pictures and it just says there's an error uploading it. And when you invite guests, they too have to upload the app to view our wedding website. If I were a guest, forget it I won't even bother and will just wait for the couple to post updates and pictures on their Facebook page. Get what I'm saying? Uninstalling right now.

I put this all over asking my guests to use this for my wedding. Now three weeks out N no one can post on the app*!! What's the point if this is unreliable. The last photo I was able to post was 3 months ago.

I love the app and all the features, its perfect. However it crashes on me a lot and won't let me upload photos. It says it can't connect to the internet but yet it'll let me do almost everything else.

Tried all day to upload our pictures to Memory Lane but it always says there's an error. Please fix this. Currently looking for another app to help me plan our wedding.

Love the idea of this app! Problem is the pictures aren't loading and accommodations is constantly loading. Emailed support a few times but didn't get a response. Will definitely change to 5 stars if I can get this to work!

Worked just fine for my friend's wedding several months back, but now I have my own coming up and my fiancée and I aren't able to upload any pictures on either the app or the website. We are constantly seeing error messages. Please fix!

Very dissapointed in this app. We used it for our wedding and told our friends and family to use it to upload pictures they took at our wedding. Noone was able to upload their pictures. Very upsetting as it had worked great for our friends a couple years ago.

Cannot upload pictures on my nexus 6P. And the app lets anyone invite themselves to the wedding. There should be an option to only allow emails or phone numbers from the invited list.

App crashes when scrolling too fast. Saves images to wedding party in a device folder with no option to put in with normal photos. No photo sorting, all images go by device time so pictures uploaded will be in timeline order from each device. Photos from a digital camera might not register this so photos are often in a mixed up order. The live picture option is lackluster and doesn't offer the standard android camera options.

I think some if the features could be better represented. Some navigation like the home button are not intuitive. UPDATE: you can't download your pictures once you decide to. The FAQ doesn't cover this and they won't respond to requests for advice. That is sad, because this app was a hit at our reception.

Loved it at first. Had real fun with the engagement photos. Now it's time for uploading wedding photos it's saying that there is an error. I've even tried Uninstalling and re-installing to see if that clears the error by hasn't helped.

I never write reviews but I used this app for my wedding, highly advertised it to guests and even tried it for many days leading up to the big day with rehearsal dinner etc. Nothing but errors and you can keep retrying the upload to no avail. My guests were using android, iOS, were on WiFi or off of it since the venue has good reception. After so many struggles, a wedding of 350 guests for 15 pictures. Total waste, wish I had a better app to use. Thank God for the photographers we had but very sad.

Don't use it! It doesn't work! I've been trying to reach the developers or company for well over a month with no success. I've contact them via zendesk, email, Twitter. No answer. They don't say in their policy if they can use the photos we upload for their own purposes without our consent. It's a big privacy issue if the pictures you upload will be used by them. Once again, it could be easily solved if they answered any of the emails or support desk sites they have set up for this reason. But no answer...

The app is awesome if/when it works! I love that you can centralize all photos from the users and then download the pictures in bulk to your device....however, this POS app stopped working a week before my wedding. Nobody was able to upload from any device including androids, iPhones, or computers.

I want to use this app for my wedding but it's acting up big time! It appears that if you are an android user it won't let you upload pics now! I had no problem at first. I just had my bridal shower and I can't upload my pics nor can I see the pics from the apple users who had no problem uploading pics. This needs to be fixed. I have 300 guests coming to our wedding and I would hate for them to go through what I'm experiencing!!

Don't waste your time. Friends of ours used this app at their wedding a couple years ago and it was incredible. However, we planned to use it for our wedding (next month), and it just flat out doesn't work any longer. I can't upload photos, and neither can my guests. I'd noticed the bad reviews over the past year, but hoped for the best based on my previous experience... The reviews were right. :/

Unable to "invite guests" properly. Contacted support/feedback three times with no response. Not a good sign. (As of 2/24, still have not heard from customer service.)

Tested before wedding and all seemed fine, but come the wedding day and the app always gives error trying to upload photos. By the end of the wedding day no photos were able to be uploaded. Very disappointed

Tried several times to upload accommodation info for guests. Emailed them about it and never received response. Now can't even open app at all. Would've given 5 stars if it actually worked all the time.

This is the second time I've used this. Once for my sister in law and once for my own. Both times it crashed the day after the wedding and doesn't let us back in. Unless you use a desktop/laptop computer. I thought it was a glitch with hers..now I can't get in and they haven't fixed it no matter how many send report buttons I press.

Good app apart from not being able to manage all settings. You have to ask for help, but the team is very quick to assist.

Great app but there are some features from Photos that are missing. The app only allows for photos pulled from your gallery, it presented other third parties (Google Photos) but never was able to successfully load images. I continually saw a spinner with no photos displayed as options to upload.

A bit of a nuisance. The app doesn't give an option for preferences . It is neat to interact with other guests prior to the events but, I don't need a message everytime someone else joins.

Has been so helpful before and after to collect photos and share plans. Only improvement I could ask for is the ability to invite people to the app through Facebook, as we didn't have all of our guests' phone numbers or email

It's a great way to communicate and keep up with wedding events

You can't really add your own personal touches, like creating a color scheme etc. Just a simple basic app but it's really cool otherwise and best of all free!

It's was perfect but now I cant invite anyone to use the app via sms. So that sucks.. Just want to update, got a new phone today and I still cannot invite my guest to use the app... Should allow invites from Facebook
