Worst business app ever created. I have to CONSTANTLY log out after 5 minutes, and it feels retarded.. the layout is plain and menu options seem thrown around with no order. Very frustrating to use when you need to know important details and it just says Please Wait.. needs a total overhaul.

This app would be fantastic if it didn't lock up every single time I use it, and sometimes the server stops all together. There should be a better way of running this software then through this aggravating app.

This is a great start however with the server issues it would better suit our company if we could host it on our own servers. I'm told that every single person using this app worldwide is sharing the same single server. I hate when the screen goes to sleep and then you type out the completion and it doesn't save it. You have to log out then log back in to enter your completion.

Every time there is an update a portion of the app gets messed up. I then have to wait for update to fix the issue which usually screws something else up. Since the last update the "view on map" button does not work. If the app were more consistent I would give it 4 stars.

Well if you use MicroKey you should use TechPro, however MicroKey has done a very poor job of hearing feedback and correcting bugs and problems with this app. It just useful enough to have but frustrating enough to make you wish you didn't use it.
