It's amazing for people with depression, suicidal thoughts, anxiety and just everything! Especially when you feel alone.

Love the help i get. Love that i can help others. Really helpful app if you're a teen or have stress because you get to see people going through the same thing.

Purpose of the App is Noble but need lots of Enhancement to done like Slow Loading and Responsiveness.

i love this app!!! but i had it for 2 or 3 days and then it just signed me out for an unknown reason and i keep putting in the correct username and password but it wont let me sign in. can anyone help?

This app is a wonderful idea but still needs some work in safeguarding vulnerable people - you can flag profiles but not report specific problems like inappropriate content or messaging or trolling. I do believe there should be some age separation through the app as it's open to all ages and adult problems should be kept separate from children already suffering mental illnesses/depression, it really is inappropriate. There's also no way of telling how old a person is if they choose not to display it, fair enough - I'm all for anonymity but it means you can be halfway through a conversation and specifically check each person before being able to talk properly to avoid exposing children to adult problems. Even with the anonymity it could be done in age groups instead, so it's not needed to display the age but not display adults posts to children. Would also be helpful if the word count was slightly higher for posts as when they're just a little too big, the whole thing vanishes and must be completely started over. Also it can be difficult to find specific groups as there doesn't seem to be a way of searching and no way of copying a link to post for it either - actually a massive problem when trying to help lots of people or wanting specific people to join.

This app seems wonderful, although I can barely use it. I'm not sure what the issue is but it's super laggy and literally takes 10-15 second to acknowledge a command in any way. I'm using a ZTE Axon 7 if that aids you in any way. I really hope an update will let me use it soon. Thank you for your hard work.

Just the type of app I'm looking for. People there are kind and friendly. Most of them care a lot, making me feel that I'm not alone in this. I'm experiencing some problems in the app though. Sometimes I post something in the news feed and it disappears when I refresh news feed. It can still be found in my profile posts history and by other people but just not in my news feed. Please fix!

Customer service is the worst. I've contacted them 4-5 times in the last few weeks and have yet to get a response. I understand you may be busy, but this is ridiculous.

So sweet that you can talk to people without your character being judged. And you can get help from them or give them help!

I think this app is pretty awesome and I think it has offered help to many people. I think it would be even better though, if it could send notifications to your phone when someone messages you.
