Very disappointed the unit itself is very nice heavy wanted this to work but the app is worthless doesn't even make sense whoever created it couldn't have possibly tried it

Seriously worse app ever. Considering returning the unit because this app is so bad! Does not connect to wifi initially. "WS Smart Therm V2 is searching of Wi-Fi network" (great English). Had to keep resetting (little hole in back with a paper clip). Finally did connect (did nothing different) then requires new account with WS and Firmware update. App keeps requiring Wi-Fi pass word to start, is not intuitive and crashes

Does not find the thermometer on the network while the app on iPhone does. Does it work with the original model or only V2?

Horrible app. After trying many, many times, I finally got it to connect to the network but it wouldn't save the password. The app also kept crashing. Finally returned the thermometer.

Barely works, makes me connect to WiFi every time I open the app to cook again. Doesn't seem to save info with in my account, meal name, anything, needs work. For such nice hardware the app doesn't match the quality!
