Michigan First App

It would be nice if they actually had a box to check for the mobile agreement so i can login. One of the times I tried to login, they took forever to send me a verification number. If i cant see my money in the next couple hours I am going to be pissed. I liked the old version way better. Dont launch an app with these many problems especially when dealing with someone earnings.

This app is SO much better than the last one! So smooth. Only issue I have, is it takes a second to show the updated account details after a payment or transfer.

The app keeps saying index is outside of the array. I just want to deposit my check Damn. The old app is much more reliable than this pretty crap.

Update: Sadly they are not communicating to their help desk... Call to be unlocked, but can't fix the root of the problem because their help desk doesn't know what's going on. So while I can log in to my account after dealing with having to call to unlock, I cannot trust the app because they cannot ensure that I will not be locked out again. They can't even address the problems that so many are having. I'll have to use the computer to monitor and transfer money. Guess I will not transfer my main baking business to this CU. Glad I was slow doing that a couple of weeks ago. Original: Failure on when had no issue two minutes ago with old app. Now locked out and will have to call to get this working before paying bills tomorrow. I have no time to call until late in the day. Complete failure.

It started out very nice. But now it just opens to a pretty picture then nothing else. Tried force stopping, clearing cache still won't work.

Horrible, app kept crashing. Account aren't recognized when I go to deposit a check. Nothing but a headache and hassle.

I have had a great experience using this app. I am able to transfer money between my subaccounts with ease. The app helps me keep track of my balance and makes sure I know what pending transactions are still in place. This has been a great experience for me!!!

App doesn't updated credit card balance. I have to go online to see the balance. The old app was fine.

Great app, much better than the original. Only wish I could refresh the screen without having to log out and back in. Other than that, it makes banking easy!

Unable to log in. Tells you to check in code, which never comes. Help!

It is horrible! Has locked me out 4 times. Keeps saying my profile information is invalid and it is not!

physically cannot not log into my account because it won't let me type one of the characters that's in my password. disallowing certain characters is absurd when they've been accepted before with no issue. not planning on changing my password to use some fancier mobile app.

Not even close to my bank of America app. Just keep getting errors. Running the last Android 7.1.2 on a Nexus 6p device.

Although a good app, it shuts down or stops frequently

Much more information than before but atleast you can see your pending DD from the mobile app now

From day one I have not had an issue everything works like it is supposed 2 I like the brightness of the new app

very inviting and a lot more colorful than the last app. having access to all statements is good too.

love the new look, great new securite system being able to identify myself as i check inn from phone or email is great

The new app design is quite elegant. Hats off to the designers and developers. This app makes my life easier.

Can't get past the login screen. I agree never shows for me to click.

I like that now it tells you who the account belongs to when transferring to another member

Betrer than the first one and i like the feature to check your balance without having to log in.

Nice updates from previous. Enjoy being able to schedule transfers to other member accounts
