Michaels Stores

I'm a pretty avid Shopper at Michael's so it's really nice to be able to have the app on my phone and have access to so many deals at the click of a button. If there are any faults to the app, they are really small. Great job overall.

App throws an error code when I try to access my account while inside a store. Have tried both on 4G and store WiFi, no luck. To use it, I have to remember to open the app while in the parking lot and keep it open. Also, app auto-redirects to Internet when you try to shop. C for effort, but this still needs a lot of work.

The app is ok, but will not let me log into/sign in for rewards. It tells me i need to join in order to get rewards but when I enter my info it tells me that I am already in the system, yet will not let me log in.

Easy to use and I love it! No more printing. Worse thing was you were printing the darn things, only to find out later, when you were in the shop, that you forgot them home!

I'm a frequent shopper at Michaels and I have an account with the website as well. I tried 10+ times to log into my account on this app and will not allow me to log in.

Loved this store. Love this app. Tells me whether or not what I want is in stores and gives me good ideas for projects and save them for later

The app is great! When it opens.... I usually have to open it three or four times before it actually loads anything. And since I use it primarily for coupons it causes me to hold up the line. Needs fixing!

It's a great app! It has almost everything needed in a store app. The only thing I haven't liked is that the coupons can't be downloaded to one's mobile device, if needed. Fortunately, my store has WiFi.

This app could be good, but it never opens. Whenever I am in local Michaels store it never opens. The wifi capability of this app sucks! Once you fix I may download again, but I'm deleting an app I can't use in the store.

Never works. Won't pull up weekly ad. When i try going to their regular site, it just redirects to the app.... which doesn't work.

Won't let me sign into my rewards but still a good app

I live in a different town than the closes Michael so won't let me load offers use ing the postal code

I like this app because I love the coupons and the heads up on the deals... Artist with hunger... Hahaha

Good app for anyone who shops at Michael's. I would recommend it. It is VERY handy to have the coupons on my phone instead of having to carry paper ones.

Hate the fact that the app never works in the store. I don't want in app notifications. Just the coupons.

Good store, never buy anything that isn't on sale. Very expensive! Good quality materials.

The app is great for showing products, but does not show prices. Still have to go to the Web to find the prices. Also, there is no app for tablets. They need to keep up with Joann's app where you can find everything on the app and have it work on tablets.

Every time you update the app...I have to uninstall and reinstall for it to work..no other app does this..fix please

The app works, but it is almost the same as the site without being able to shop through it, not even check prices, that makes it a little unworthy while online shopping.

The app used to be great and then they updated it. Now I can't get to any of the Canadian coupons

Love Michael's! This app makes it so easy to use coupons and see what is on sale before I go to the store. Saves me time and money.

I think the website make it easier to shop

The new store near me is wonderfully stocked. So many of the items I need are available and the prices are great. The app gives great information on new items and sales.

Love the coupons. I just downloaded it yet, so I don't know much, but so far seems good.

Great coupons and you can scan your rewards card from your phone. Plus the employees are so helpful about saving money.

App won't open "coupons " which is the main reason I tried it in the first place.

Michael's is the best place to go for your everyday crafts, its great for all events planning
