About Final Inspection
I was asked by a local property management company to develop an application for simple move-out inspections. This app asks the user for the address of the property, description of the property, and any repairs that need to be done. The user then can take pictures of the damaged areas and enter a short description of the picture. Once all information has been entered, the user can then send a email of the information and pictures.

This is a great app for the purpose of organizing move-out inspections with photos and the most similar to Site Audit Pro app for iphone. Very useful and handy. With these features/tweaks this would be 5 stars: - Pictures I took appeared upside down in the pdf - photo description format wasn't aligned properly. change pdf format with pictures listed from top to bottom with descriptions to right of photo, instead of side by side/descrip on top of photo - separate each photo in the list with a line to organize the pdf view - Add Inspector/users name to pdf - be able to edit/delete photos & descrips already added instead of starting over - add a description field for charges - show total move out charges on cover sheet - "description of damages" & "repairs to be done" seems redundant. Usually whats damaged needs repaired. - have the ability to edit previous move out inspections that were completed & sent --- Overall this app is very useful for its purpose and a great tool to assist in handling my daily workload. Thank you!!
