The app does what it says in terms of giving you a way to view your stats, But...If I remember correctly, you are not able to select a day on the calendar to view your stats. Also, there should be more options for connecting to app rather than the three offered. Sometimes tapping three times does not register on the device. I had to try multiple times to log an activity. The step counter doesn't track as accurately as it shows on the app. That should be looked into. As I only tested out the product, I won't have more information. It would also be nice if there were a larger version of the tracker with touchscreen interface so that you can actually plau music, if you weren't looking for the actual watch. Other than that, the app works fine.

It's a very nice looking bracelet. Mine had a dead battery out of the box. It shows the sleep on the graph if you scroll down but doesn't give me the minute or hour count for some reason. The step counter I do feel is off quit a bit. Maby they could put a sensitivity adjuster? Aside from that I like the bracelet. I wish the three tap and double tap would work. I usually have to double tap it 4-5 times for it to finally work (no I'm not tapping it constantly)

I have the pink bracelet and the thing counts about 6 steps for one hand wave. I counts steps when I brush my hair, lift my hand to put dishes awah, rub my nose. It's ridiculous. What a waste of money. The app is ok but sadly the actual product is nothing more than a pretty bracelet on my arm.

Well just got for Christmas and already it won't stay sync to my phone. I noticed the tracker is pretty off it count steps just when moving my arm. Doesn't track my sleep at all. I've only had it a day to many mess up for one day so I say it's pretty on my wrist but that's about it. Very disappointed. (Update) My tracker has not worked since Christmas day no matter what I do. It kept track for the first day has not worked since. Sent email asking what's wrong with have not heard one word from MK access. Guess I'm taking it off now. Still very disappointed!

I have the fitness tracker and like... it's fine. It tracks steps when I don't have my phone on me which is really the only thing I wanted out of it. Then I found out it had a sleep tracker which was very exciting, but in the 3 days I have had it, it tracked the first night, tracked nothing the second night, and this morning I was able to sync last night's sleep but then it disappeared. I'm fairly tech savvy so I know it's connected to WiFi and Bluetooth and whatnot.. I can tell I'm looking at the right day, and it is not low battery. I think for something simple it works fine but for someone looking for a detailed and highly accurate device it might be better to go with a fitness company such as fitbit rather than a fashion company fitness accessory.

The steps are not correct I was burping my son and it counted as steps I wasn't out of bed. The sleep is not correct I get and feed 3 times a night for 20 minutes but it's counted as light sleep..... I get an idea of what I'm doing everyday but it's not perfect I wish it would have more options and capitiablity with my phone. For 30.00 Its a cute bracelet

Previously, I had the bellabeat - that was awesome, but unfortunately it's not waterproof. So I got the MK one thinking it would be similar... no, I was wrong. The only thing that's similar is that it counts my 'steps' and 'tracks' sleep - both aren't as accurate as the leaf, which is quite disappointing. It would be nice to have the same functionalities as the leaf, as I believe that would benefit consumers.

I bought the Crosby bracelet because I thought it looked nice. Ran out of battery quick and ever since replaced the sync not working right. I've given up on the activity altogether months ago. So inaccurate but was using sleep monitor. It once registered 22 hrs of sleep! Because I took the bracelet off. I give up. Don't waste your money

I use it for the activity tracker. The tracker is very simple so don't expect to do all kinds of things with it. It seems to record more steps than taken. Totally waterproof so u never have to take it off. The back is a bugger to take off and put back on. Battery lasts less than 3 months and that gets annoying and pricey.

Doesn't work, should just sell as a bracelet. Doesn't stay synced and is extremely hard to resync. Does not accurately record data. Wish I read reviews before I purchased NOT PLEASED

N70%

Not cool. Doesn't track sleep and became disconnected today not counting my 10 thousand steps. Need I mention that having gps on the phone depletes the battery just for the tracker app to malfunction and not work at all.

Not much really!!!!!××××€£%=. I was expecting just little bit more features in it. I love mk. But i didnt expect less quality in watch. I was going to get apple watch but i choose mk because i thought they are good . i am not very impress at all. & im stuck to it.????????????????. This so called smart watch is not smart watch at all.????????????????????????????

The app is not syncing property the activity or the bracelet isn't calibrating properly. I woke up and checked the app for my sleep time today, did the same yesterday and it showed me the hours. I close the app come back to the same view and it now says no data for the past 3 days. Makes no sense. I also compared my Samsung Health app which also tracks steps and sleep, and the MK app showed 250 steps less. I am not certain this was tested well or should be retested. I think there should be some updates pushed out to the hardware to revisit the actual configuration of the device. Something is off.

D70%
by D####:

App is nice to look at but my Crosby Active bracelet and the app talk incorrectly. It counts steps from simple arm movements while seated or stationary so it is wildly inaccurate.

D70%
by D####:

Step counts are incredibly inaccurate, and while it may load your sleep data for a few second in the morning it ALWAYS loses it. You can't look back at any information you have and you constantly find yourself reinstalling and syncing your device because it crashes frequently. If I knew this product was so unreliable, I never would have purchased it. I am strongly considering returning it because I am very disappointed with this product. Pretty much the only good thing about it is that the aesthetic is gorgeous.

I love how discreet the watch is as a smart watch. My only concern is that the watch doesn't vibrate during the length of a call and it could be a little stronger. Other than that I won't get a smart watch ever again I have to charge everyday. I love it!

D70%
by D####:

Took me several days to get it to connect and update. Yesterday I got it to work with no problem, but today is another story. It tracked my sleep, but all data disappeared. Now it keeps disconnecting even when right next to phone. It didn't function properly for a full 24 hours. I'm going to return it and stick to my Google Fit app.

Steps are not accurate at all, paced out 100-steps twice and said first 86 next one said 134. Went for a run and sad I'd done 2000 steps less than I did do. Other features ok.

I have the hybrid smart watch. It appears to be very accurate, as it picks up steps and distance compatible with my forerunner 620 and my Gear 2. It is very pretty yet professional looking .

D70%
by D####:

The app is regularly upgraded and I am getting what I want out of it. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that the upgrades have been a bit slow coming out for the hybrid watch.

D70%
by D####:

1. Requires location to be on to work. 2. lags when you are trying to sync the data. 3. Had to strap the thing to my shin to get an accurate count when spinning.

D70%
by D####:

You have to tap too many times. This is alot of work. It's not consistent for being on your wrist, sub basic at times.

It will not sync to my phone. Brand new S8. I've followed every step and still will not sync. Garbage

I hate this app, whenever connected to the watch, keeps refreshing any browser page I'm on or app I'm using. Tired of it.

D70%

I have the Crosby bracelet and the app is constantly updating and never sync. Wish I would have read the reviews before I paid big money for it

D70%

App not that good, the only way for the app to show my sleep was to uninstall it, then reinstall

D70%

Doesn't stay synced, having to uninstall and 're do every day... not what I expected... Frustrated! !

D70%

I love the look of it but you can't pick a day to see your progress. Also when I double tap it nothing happens. Not sure if it syncing properly
