ICN 2016

The Competition Commission of Singapore (CCS) is honoured to host the 2016 ICN Annual Conference from 26-29 April in Singapore. This is the first time the ICN Annual Conference will be hosted in Southeast Asia, and takes place in the context of an exciting state of competition law developments in the region over the past few years.

The ICN Steering Group, ICN Working Groups, and CCS have put in place an enriching and interesting conference programme for you. In addition to the conference sessions by the ICN Working Groups on advocacy, agency effectiveness, cartels, mergers, and unilateral conduct, CCS will be looking forward to presenting to you the findings of this year’s “Special Project” on “Disruptive Innovations and Government Advocacy”. The World Bank will also be holding a pre-ICN conference event on 26 April.

The Conference and its events will be held at various iconic venues in Singapore – the Marina Bay Sands (Conference), the National Gallery Singapore (Welcome Reception), Gardens by the Bay (Conference Dinner), and the Singapore Botanic Gardens, a UNESCO World Heritage site (Social Tour).
