Booked a swift in pune on 6/11 for 6 days. First of all they provided me a car without papers. Then they change the car after so many calls with the expired self driving license and for the last 10 days I'm struggling to get my security money back. I'm getting no response of my repeated calls and emails.

Don't know about their services b cause I could not even reach there. This is the SLOWEST ever apps I have seen on android. By the time it selects a car one could have already reached the destination by other mode.. :)

App cant even connect to the host network......worst app dont even trust those guys even the custoner care number wont work

I want it in kolkata but it is showing only New-Delhi NCR. Reply me fast or I will never rate Micar for 5stars. Services are very poor. Very very very very poor. Worst services.

No clear information present. Before reservation customer care say different thing and after that different. No wonder zoomcar is rising and is better

It's been more that a month since and I am yet to get my refund back!!! Have followed up too many times to count and they keep giving false promises of returning my money. Just please give my money back and I promise never to use this app again!!

Being a regular and happy MiCar user,with variety in cars, MiCar is now also in multiple cities which I believe is even more good.

Rented a car in Pune. Got the car on time and it was well maintained too. Enjoyed my ride with friends. Got the refund quicker then earlier in my PayU account. Overall it was a good exeprience with micar.

U are fooling people..after the resrvation der is no rply or any further information is provided to the customer...it hs been an hour of my pick up time bt I hvnt recieved any response frm ur side!! M definately going to file a case against u in cosumer forum!!!
